My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
(This may not be the correct translation - the English translation on that site is.. weird. What I put above is an English translation of the French on that site. Since the original card is Korean there may have been an error in the double-translation)
As I mentioned in the other thread - she may work well with clues. However, I wish she was both cheaper and smaller for my BG sacrifice deck so I can re-cast her and re-sac her.
So basically when a new car came along, she'd return to the race field, ha. Interesting how they use black's grave mechanic in a flavorful way like this.
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
The main use of this card that I can see - it's a perfect candidate for discard. Seriously, how Kaladesh with huge token theme can interact with SOI discard engines? This is the answer. Discard, return with investigate/fabricate, repeat.

This. It makes cards like Veilborn Ghoul look like a joke - satisfying the criteria for returning is really easy to fuel a discard effect. Then if you don't need your discard engine anymore you can chump block or attack with 4 power several times. Very solid.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

I prefer Goblin Kaboomist.
On phasing:
Any combo with Goblin Kaboomist is always the best combo.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
Always like the quirky interactions.
