Pretty good in EDH obviously but im wondering what people could do with this in standard/modern. Not necessarily cantrips.dec but certainly something that wants to vomit its hand onto the field.

EDH BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.

I'm wondering if some kind of taking turns style deck would like this. It lets them get their mana high enough to start chaining "take another turn" spells more quickly, and it also helps you refuel WAY more effectively if you're trying to take a turn just to get another card.

For EDH... Possibly? I mean being able to puke your lands and take extra turns will put you really far ahead but those kinds of decks dont generally want to be empty handed so as to keep up counters ect. Personally I see this in more of a value/midrange kind of deck. Play your efficient creatures and spells to force your opponent to respond then refil, rinse and repeat.

Monowhite will love this. Lands.dec might also use it, but probably not.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
This is gonna be a great EDH card. I hope that someone can find a way to make this work in sanctioned constructed though. This seems like it is way too fun of a card to abandon to casual.

Storm Cauldron says 'Hi.'
How so? Netsuke wants cards in hand; this wants you to be playing as many cards as possible to empty it.
On phasing:
Storm cauldron doesn't count you have to put the lands back in your hand
I knew about that one as well. What I men't was a colorless additional land player with no draw backs.
And knowing group hug cards helps your opponment but helps you more.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
