Gold-Wired Familiar, 3
Artifact Creature, Uncommon
When Gold-Wired Familiar enters the battlefield, you gain 2 life.
When Gold-Wired Familiar dies, you may draw a card.
2/2
I'm guessing this is called "Filigreed Familiar", based on the number crunch.
This sounds more than reasonable.
Want this badly for my Glissa, the Traitor deck and the art is incredible too. Full marks here.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
I'm SO SICK of the "too strong for Standard" argument. It's the new "Dies to removal". We can have a two mana 4/4 with a zillion abilities, but we can't just have Accumulated Knowledge. Makes sense.
This little puppy is going to see many places In Limited it's obviously packing value, and the Constructed applications go from Eldrazi chestbuster host to annoying speed bump vs aggro that can take down a creature and then replace itself, with 2 life on top of it. What else would you want? Awww and it's also cute.
Anyway, this card is awesome. I am surprised at the order (gain life when it ETB, draw a card later), but I still think it'll be good in limited.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
They just had to have both words in the name start with the same letters just like Solemn Simulacrum as well, didn't they?
Well, for all its cuteness I'll still rather pay 1 more if it meant ramping instead of gaining 2 life in EDH, at least and considering colorless ramping was a major selling point, I'm not even sure this makes the cut for "weaker extra copy". Still cute though.

Gray Ogre's been dead for some time, though. Alpha had Granite Gargoyle and Sedge Troll; two sets later, Antiquities gave us Onulet. Mirage had Horrible Hordes, where the whole joke was how horrible they were. Portal—PORTAL!—had Goblin Cavaliers. Invasion had Slimy Kavu and Kavu Recluse; Apocalypse had Rakavolver. Mirrodin gave us Goblin Replica. Planar Chaos gave us something green already had. Shadowmoor had Scuttlemutt and Serrated Biskelion, in case you want some value with your ogre. Shards gave us Jund Battlemage; he's part of a cycle, though. Scars of Mirrodin had Palladium Myr and Alloy Myr, so 2/2 for 3 is standard for manadork versions of Manalith and Sol Ring. Innistrad gave us Rakish Heir, a tribal lord for slith vamps. Return to Ravnica gave us a card familiar to Commander players, Guttersnipe. Theros gave us Spearpoint Oread. Origins gave us Scab-Clan Berserker and Boggart Brute. Oath of the Gatewatch gave us Akoum Flameseeker for your ally deck, but anybody can use Battle for Zendikar's Tunneling Geopede. Shadows over Innistrad gave us Geier Reach Bandit not long ago.
Anyway, this card is awesome. I am surprised at the order (gain life when it ETB, draw a card later), but I still think it'll be good in limited.
