Why did they do this to me? My Elf deck is weeping for the beauty of this card--but it's draft only! Why? I SO want to be able to run this card in my Commander deck.
The card though looks amazing, that art is gorgeous. It is too bad that the cards abilities are relegated to draft only. This would have been fantastic in EDH.
Given the following situation:
I draft Caller of the Untamed and Creature B.
I trade Creature B to another player in the draft.
Would I be able use Caller of the Untamed on Creature B?
Creature B is
1. A card I drafted
2. Not in my deck
Caller of the Untamed does not specify ownership requirements.

Any thoughts on these shenanigans?
So, first off, let's get this out of the way:
You are not allowed to trade cards in your draft pool until the draft is over, normally. The only stipulation is if you drafted Deal Broker. In addition, as with my LGS, the rules in a lot of places are very lax, and will allow you to trade cards immediately SO LONG AS YOU DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM.
So, the easy answer is: if Card B is no longer in your immediate draft pool for any reason, you cannot use it for Caller's ability. Card B must be in your exile zone, and if you do not have the physical card in your exile, it will not work.
For the people saying it's draft only, it isn't. It's not, for example, on the Commander banned list. It's just that the abilities related to drafting won't ever trigger or apply. If you really want to play a sub-optinal card for theme, because you like the art, or whatever other reason, this is essentially a vanilla 2/4 Elf Shaman.
I have no idea what the flavour behind such a card is supposed to be. This seems like it should be an Unglued/Unhinged type card. Reminds me of AWOL, except even more obscure and ridiculous. So far away from Magic, to me, that it doesn't even seem like the same game.
I pulled a bunch of these, love her, bummer that she's not incredibly usable outside Conspiracy draft, would be nice if they printed a similar one that spits out an X/X elf warrior or beast token or something, just finished off a Leovold, Emissary of Trest elf tribal deck and would have loved to work her in.
I'm honestly really glad we finally have black elves
