Woah, that's bonkers good. Pretty much reads "all those gross uncastables/out of your colors goodstuff creatures are now yours to abuse till your heart's content".
It does have a big drawback: instead of playing your bombs in your deck, you need to specifically draw the chimera to get access to them. For off-color bombs, that's ok, but for on-color ones, I'm not sure I want to reduce the average power-level of my deck for the greater inconsistency of hoping to draw the one-of chimera...
1. What would this have to be costed at if it didn't have the "cards you've drafted" clause?
To cast or activate?
Either, I suppose, though I think the activation cost would be more important--if the casting cost isn't fairly low, then I think the card becomes less exciting...

You don't dump your bombs into this, you play them normally. You dump your off-color bombs and dumb 8 mana beefy wurms here to have them out by turn four.
For a second I thought sneak and show in legacy was going to be abusing the hell out of this card. Here's hoping phage the untouchable is in this set for the wombo combo

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
This is the ultimate proof that wizards put a lot of thought into the soul of draft. How often have you been pick 3 and opened some obnoxiously huge off color bomb that you can't use. Even stuff that you would almost never play (think worldspine wurm)in your own colors can ride along with this cool/hot chimera. This set has the best design I've ever ever ever seen.
Edit: Question- Can your opponent see the exiled cards? I assume exiled cards are always face up unless the effect that exiled them specifies that they are face down. ???

Feel free to tell me yours!
If I'm not wrong, from the wording, if you can make the Chimera capable of exiling anything else in-game (not just creatures), it gains the ability to copy it (and not at random if it only exiled 1 thing in a non-draft game).
EDIT: Just read the rules for it. A shame the abilities are linked, there goes the Johnny possibilities (especially with the Spy Kit they revealed).
This and arcane savant make me want to build a cube. This is manipulates the game in such an interesting way and makes the P2P1 hate draft totally worth it.

2. Are there any shenanigans you can do with this and something like Pull from Eternity?

Cards like this give me more hope for Red in the future.

Volatile Chimera + Godsend? So the Chimera's first & second ability are linked... too bad.
