They do combo with each other in the draft. If you have a face up illusionary informant and draft spire phantasm you can use illusionary informant ability to make sure you always guess correctly the card there gonna pick from the pack.
man... this draft will be a nightmare to keep track of...
lots of card specific notes taken during drafts or at the start of matches generating a metric ton of memory issues.
That is an awful lot of complication for a cantrip effect.
Like many cards in this set the idea is clearly that this card becomes better the later it is picked which prevents packs from just being stripped of all the good cards early on.

this will be weird.... lol
As someone who drafted the original conspiracy, it's actually very easy to track this stuff. All you need is a nice stack of sticky notes.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
I'm confused by how spire phantasm works. So you draft the spire phantasm. Then the next card you guess what it is from the player you just passed to. However if you take the phantasm then the next card can't be it so you would never draw a card.
I don't know that the original was as cluttered draft wise as this. You had cards that would have an immediate effect like draft two cards and place the card back into the pack or note when the card was drafted and place that many counters on it. Keeping tabs on yourself is pretty easy but it's a pain to check on others. You may need a notebook to keep track of the entire table.

You draft Spire Phantasm. You guess which card out of the remaining ones the player next to you will picki. If you guess right, every time you play ANY Spire Phantasm, you draw a card. So, if you take multiple Spire Phantasm, you just have to guess right once for the ability to activate for all of them.
Spire Phantasm is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Good god is that skill intensive no matter who you're passing to. Luckily you only have to guess right once to activate all of them.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
So, draft the Common first, then draft the uncommon, and in response to the uncommon's trigger, activate the common to see exactly which card was picked?

Wanted -Zombie Foils and older expensive Zombie stuff. High Priority- Beta Z Master/ Int. Collector's Edition.

There is no stack/priority of any kind during a draft - so you just do them in the order you want to once everyone is paying attention basically
I just realized that there's probably going to be a situation wherein there's a foil draft matters card, and a non-foil draft matters card, and if you take the one that's the gargoyle, you can automatically either win (because they're revealing a card) or remove information anyway.
So that's a neat corner case.

That said, combos during draft is a design space only for conspiracy, so it has to exist here.
