"Time and Money are both (can't read the rest since text is too small). Leogaldo(Leogoldo?) has plenty of both."
Can't comment on most of the text (my Japanese is too rusty for that), but the name will be Leovold, who is the ambassador from Trest to Paliano (as cited in the WarezGames CN2 box opening video). Which also means that we finally have a plane for our favourite Spymaster
You could vote Money if you have temporary control of one of your opponents' permanents (then Aura Finesse your Control Magic?), but yes, seems like you would always want to choose Time.
People seem to miss the whole AND AND of the card because of the convoluted wording.
Think of it as:
Each player chooses
- CASTER takes an extra turn.
- CASTER gains control of a permanent
Now you see that in a 2-player game you pick option A and the opponent picks B. You get both.
And it only gets crazier from there with more players.
Looking at the english version on the site it says "For each opponent who voted time, you take an extra turn after this one. For each opponent who voted money, you gain control of a permanent that player controls."
It says only opponent votes have an impact, your vote doesn't appear to do anything unless the english wording on the site is wrong.
OMG!!! This is an automatic add in my Spellweaver Helix deck. I can just see my friends faces when I'll start using it a few times a turn, every turn; the way I usualy use Time Warp.
This should count your vote. The text literally says 'for each time vote' and 'for each money vote'. From what I can read, it says nothing about opponents.
It's council's Dilenmma, not will of the council. Each vote impacts the card
You are right. The wording of councils dilemma states you get a vote as well. So you are guaranteed at least one extra turn PLUS stolen stuff. Pretty boss....!

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
It says nothing about opponents and each vote changes what it does. Your own vote counts. The only time your own vote is kind of dumb is when you vote to gain control of your own permanent.
Eg: You start by voting with time, two other players vote money, one other player votes time. You get two extra turns (for two votes from time) and you gain control of one permanent from each player who voted money.
The translation reads "for each opponent who voted..." but that's not what the J-card says. The J-card simply says for each vote of whichever choice, so it must count your choice, too.
very interesting card, would love to exile it on the Noble, also it does extremely well on the common sorcery copyers, you can get around it exiling itself through copy abilities that would exile it anyways.

"Confiscate Riches" is a stupid name, especially for a mythic, really hope that's not what it's actually called

9 CMC "you win the game" cards are the OPPOSITE of what makes good EDH games.

To be fair, I *was* hoping to steal a couple of permanents first
(I think I'll take your Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and his Aurelia, the Warleader)
before taking my ten extra turns.
Also, the English name of this is Expropriate,
and it *does* count the caster's vote.
