This cards is super lolzy. So either you get a Blatant Thievery or a time walk. Although I am wondering if the translation is true, if there is no targeting that is HUGE! Swiftfoot boots? I don't care!

To the people that say that a card needs to be a higher rarity because of Limited... I hate you guys so much. I present to you with this.
It would be wierd if this card has targets. You do not know when you play it how many targets it should have and which players stuff you should target (voting happens on resolution). Also, note that it always gives at least 1 trn, since there is no point in stealing one of your own cards.

The default result is you get both, but any player can protect their permanents by giving you another turn instead. It's actually just insane.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)

Oh damn... so it isn't one or the other huh? Plea of Power? I think it is mostly going to be an expensive Blatant Thievery though. It will be hard to give a player another turn... willingly.

Wow. This is just over the top. Not sure how game breaking it will actually be, but good god it's flashy. Hey, that's a nice Emrakul you just dropped. You can let me have it, or I'll take an extra turn, thank you.

The card very likely will not target for gameplay reasons - the card wll play more fluently if you only have to choose the permanents on resolution of the spell and targets would have to be declared upon casting already (and even for players choosing "time"). So I expect your dream to become true... unless the translation misses that you get a card of their choice - but if you assume the two effects are about equal in power level, then the translation seems correct.

[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
How playable is this in OmniTell? I don't really play legacy, but it might be a good one-of or sideboard card? Or is it just too expensive for a non-permanent that doesn't just win you the game?
Edit: I also agree that it will likely not target. See Council's Judgment for similarity.

in 1v1, you will almost always just take their best permanent. Not really worth it.
OT:
"Time is money. Actually, time is the non-spacial continuum in which all events occur linearly, usually in the direction of increased entropy. But the clowns seemed to relate better to the money thing."
With the dude that forces your opponent to vote how you want, you can get an extra turn for each opponent. Time Stretch eat your heart out.

"I hope to have such a death... lying in triumph atop the broken bodies of those who slew me..."
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Everyone sees the "starting with you" part, right? Even in 1v1, this is "take their best permanent AND take an extra turn," which is completely nuts. In four-player FFA it's Time Walk + Blatant Thievery at a minimum, and if everyone wants to keep their stuff, it's double Time Stretch instead. This is everything Eternal Dominion wanted to be and then some. If you lose after casting this, you might as well sell your collection.
I'm confused, the wording on the card on the front says "starting with you" but then says "for each opponent who voted x", does your vote do nothing or is the translation on the main page incorrect?

Wouldn't you both take their best permanent and get an extra turn, since you get a vote as well? Would be great protection against reanimator, at the very least. Without the extra turn, I agree that it wouldn't be worthwhile. Am I misreading this?
