Yeah... I'm not even sure I'm going to attend this pre-release. I don't like the pools I'm seeing on average. Not so much that I'm getting bad cards, but that I'm seeing too much evasive and recursive or hard to remove power, and the format seems like it will be super-swingy and more luck than skill based, not giving enough time for potential come-backs. It just seems too easy to get something with huge power on the board and swinging, and too easy to push that damage through, but not easy enough to play around and get the most out of the occasional weaker hand you might draw into, because you won't be getting enough good stuff to make your whole deck such, but the average stuff is too far below the good stuff, and the format looks too fast for the power level difference to be okay.
Your 1 Pack generator for EMN is screwy. Getting three common/uncommon DFC's in a single booster is impossible, and even getting two requires one of them to be foil. I don't know if your 1 pack generator and sealed pool generators work in a similar way, but this could over-inflate the number of DFCs in a given pool. http://www.magicdrafting.com/savedpools/26455
I know you're addressing DFCs, but keep in mind that the distribution is exactly one common/uncommon nonfoil DFC per pack and up to one rare/mythic DFC, with the foil slot able to be any card in the set.
First try at this, instantly a better (by value) pool than I've ever opened at a prerelease. Emrakul, Bruna, foil Gisa+Geralf, Thing in the Ice, Game Trail.
Of course, come Saturday I will assuredly get my usual, limited-useless-and-valueless rares. Send me all the Harmless Offering and Harness the Storm again, Wizards, as I get to watch the people across the table from me crack planeswalkers (of which I have never cracked one through 14 sealed pools).
Is the Eldritch Moon sealed generator at MTG Mirror working for anyone? It says in the site's news info that it's ready, but I can't find the set. My page defaults to Eternal Masters only. Thanks.
The DFCs are generated as normal cards, not the 1 per pack plus possible 1 extra rare. I've gotten pools with more than 6 nonrare, nonfoil DFCs, and pools with less. Generating single packs, I've gotten from 0 to 3 nonrare, nonfoil DFCs per pack, they're just mixed into the regular rarities.

I have added Eldritch Moon to my sealed pool generator. You can visit it at Eldtrich Moon Sealed Pool Generator.
I have to make a few changes. I will be added flip card functionality as well as addressing how flip cards are distributed (at least 1 per pack).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement or if you notice any problems. Most of all - have fun!

Thanks for the update!

But for suggestions
Seperate the promo foil rare/mythic from the rest of the cards.
A massive GU deck. Maybe with a touch of W
