Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Neat. So it's like that Phyrexian Portal card, but you get more info. So you should be getting what you need least from the facedown pile, be it land or whatever, with maybe one useful card to tempt you. Makes for some nice mind games, I like it!

Regardless of how strong it is, great spin on Fact or Fiction. Probably my favorite interpretation of it yet. Onyl thing is I wish it had an X or Y name but there was probably no easy choice or they probably would have done it.

They didn't care that he was the savior of Fort Keff, the great hunter of Ondu, the champion of Kabira. To them, he was just another piece of flesh, a thing with life to be drained away.
The more I think about this, the more I like this card. As you have knowledge of what you need, you will always be aware of whether or not that is in the face-up pile--if not, going for the face-down pile seems pretty good. Even in the event that your opponent tricks you with the face down, it just means the card you needed wasn't in the top four. Moreover, if you just need cards, it is sort of like "scry 2, draw 2" in many circumstances. And it gets better if you have plays from the 'yard.

This will make for some great mind games. Imagine your opponent makes a face-up pile of 3 crappy cards, and 1 face down card. The correct choice is rarely going to be obvious.

I like Fact or Fiction type cards. As the opponent, I will be having tons of fun choosing what to put face down and what to put face up. That is what I call interaction. Fun design.

but just to make a pun and a Comparative Analysis... in a vacuum, the card is a lot worse than it.
