Bedlam reveler
Creature - Devil horror
Costs 1 less for each instant or sorcery card in your graveyard
Prowess
When ~ enters the battlefield, discard your hand and draw 3 cards
3/4
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
Now that's first card I don't know what to think about. Potential 3/4 prowess with ancestral recall for RR, sure good, but is that actually worth it... Can't tell.
a burn deck, or stuff playing faithless looting or similar cards might just cast this dude for 2 mana from an empty hand, get a relevant body and refilling hand.
Casting this for 5 mana is the baseline for this to be a great card. With that said, wow. This is indeed a great card. Cheap, decent body, great etb effect, prowess AND good in multiples? Gobbo dark dwellerinos has a new best friend
That's a freakin' interesting card...
Is it modern playable? Could be...bolt proof, resonably easy to cast for 2RR or even RR in a deck full of 1 mana cantrips and draws 3 cards...nice.

This card is great. In the right deck it will often cost just RR, which for a 3/4 that can potentially draw you three cards is pretty nice.
It's downside will be when you need the body but have other cards in hand that you may also want to play - but then you're still drawing three, so.
It's like delve except you don't lose the cards from your graveyard. I feel like the only reason this won't see play is if the deck it needs is not good enough, but with Thing in the Ice and the other decent burn spells printed, I think there could be a chance.
As someone that loves slinging instants and sorceries around and inevitably ends up emptying his hand way too fast, this is...basically the perfect card for me. Hopefully it isn't too expensive, so I'll be able to buy or trade for them pretty cheaply...

This may not be as deck warping as Treasure Cruise, but it is powerful. Anything that says "Draw 3 Cards" should get at least some testing before being written off. One thing to note is that unlike Cruise, you can play a second Chaos Reveler the same turn if you have the mana and don't like the 3 cards you drew off the first one. Reveler doesn't remove your graveyard when you play it, unlike Cruise where you need to set up a second one all over again.
I think this card looks insane for Burn. Like, scary good. It pretty much reads RR or 1RR: draw three cards. And then you get a 3/4 on top of that. Burn with more cards is not what I want to see at all.

Burn Baby Burn.... Time to light standard on fire!
But seriously, with this block, we've got better burn than the last 4 sets before (minus a few cards) and we can now function to the face (in fact this card encourages it).
With this topping off the curve (or sliding right into it depending on how much face you're burnt off), I'm excited again.

MTG Junky... First packs being a starter of each 4th Edition and Ice Age. Good Grief, I've been playing since 1995? Where does the time go!

this is mtgs, where occam's razor is so blunt it can't cut jello any more.
I'm not up on formats, but how hard would it be for Modern/Legacy to get a bunch of instants/sorceries in the GY in the first couple of turns? Rituals should allow for early ramp, and this guy both refuels the hand and (if you still had cards in hand) can make the next one even cheaper. Fuels Delve. Works well with Dredge. Seems like he has a lot of potential.
Whoa. I missed "instants" on my first read, and still thought that this was cool. Now that I see it's both, it's the first card I'm genuinely interested in trying to weasel into something I play.
Seems legit. A bit too expensive for older formats but still seems solid.

Cards are game pieces, and should be treated as such, easily replaceable.
Cards are not money, investments, or a retirement fund, and should never have been treated as such.
Wizards made a mistake caving to speculators once, and we still pay for that mistake 19 years later.

This card looks very solid.
it really is.

pumped about this card, seems very legit.
Seems solid for burn decks, might not be bad in some sort of URX control deck.

On top of that if the UR tempo/prowess deck is any good it's because stormchaser, possibly into thos, into Nibilis is kinda bonkers.

Another friend for thing in the ice
either way, i think the card is overall OK and balanced

Hahahah, this card's very nice! I would like to stick at least two of them in a mono R burn deck or a UR draw/burn deck as other folks suggested.
