WOA. This seems quite powerful. I don't play standard, but a deck running super friends would probably get a ton of value off this. In EDH it see it being quite powerful, particularly with vampiric tutor or imperial seal.
This isn't even EDH playable so don't shovel it off on them.
It is playable in the Brago, King Eternal EDH decks that run every identity-legal planeswalker to blink them all off Brago's ability to use their loyalty abilities twice per turn.
This is literally the only way I see Red being even remotely playable in this awful Standard. Goggles decks run Magmatic Insight and co to cycle through their PWs and discard them to the top of their decks with Nephalia Academy, then cast this thing to win with Chandra, Flamecaller and co. Might be a thing?
(God, this Standard's color balance is even more disgusting than, uh, every White-dominated Standard since Zendikar block. This is why I don't play Standard.)
Wow this is just good. If you do manage to hit two walkers with it, the only way you don't at least get what you paid for is if one of them is tibalt. But if you hit two and even one of them cost more than three its immediate value. Yes you can hit 0, which would suck, but in a superfriends list you are likely to hit at least one, which equals call of the gatewatch and casting the Walker, so it's really not bad at all unless you bust entirely
how many planeswalker you'll need to run for this to hit two consistently?
card is awful.
EDIT: did the math, and on turn 6, if you have 10 planeswalkers on a 60 card deck, you have slightly less than 50% chance of hitting 2...
if you hadn't seen any o them until this turn....
If you really think you'll be seeing a lot of walkers coming into play from this, you're delusional.

Nephalia Academy only affects discards an opponent's spells or abilities cause. You can't stack your deck off your own discards via the Academy.
Doesn't anyone do math anymore? The rule of sligh was 8 one drops for one in your opening hand. With that logic, you'd have to run 16 planeswalkers to reliably hit two if you cast this. Hmm, 4 Tamiyo, 4 Nissa, 4 Jace, 4 Gideon, and maybe a narset or two (who'd whiff on her +1 so often because you're playing 16 blasted pw's......)
Outside of Lili, Tamiyo, gisela, and gisa and geralf, the mythics of this set are pathetic.

don't forget that if you're playing a lot of walkers in multiples, even if you hit two with this card, they need to be different or you'll not be able to use both because of planeswalker rule....
So is there anyone out there who can do the math of your chances of being able to use this for full value in limited and is there an actual number that high or are we looking at exponents here?

GW tokens plays 8 walkers and naya superfriends plays 11, esper plays somewhere in between. So what you are saying is, by you math, you are guaranteed to hit at least one every time you cast it. By the way, narset's +1 days non creature, non land card, so hitting a planeswalker actually puts the Walker in your hand and doesn't count a whiff; you know that right? I'm not saying this card is busted, but CoCo is, and has been overused since it came out. If you think this card won't see play, I question your knowledge of at least standard.
Seems like a card that should have been in Oath. Wtf are they doing over there at WoTC?
The card is cool though; and definitely something I would say is worth looking into. Dropping two planeswalkers is a pretty big swing in your favor. There are a lot of good planeswalkers in standard atm, and maybe, maybe this could be a thing in modern.

"And in my second main phase, I'll fart out 6 planeswalkers."
Read it again, search 7 cards, pick 2 PWs. Unless you're counting on copying spells, it's not that insane.
Narset, Enlightened Master can cast up to four noncreature spells off her flip. Deploy, plus an additional Planeswalker, plus Fork, etc., not to mention whatever they cast off their mana. The guy was talking about a deck, not a single card. Give people a tad more benefit of the doubt on being able to read cards.

One of these day I have to get myself organizized.
I find it odd no one has mentioned the possibility of using Narset Transcendent to give this rebound.

It’s like the universe screams in your face, “Do you know what I am? How grand I am? How old I am? Can you even comprehend what I am? What are you, compared to me?” And when you know enough science, you can just smile up at the universe and reply, “Dude, I am you.”

Or maybe Insidious Dreams to hit both Walkers

Not much else though.
lmfao If anyone I play at the pre-release has the balls to do this, I'll just scoop the match and buy them a drink.
The art makes me wonder if there's another card with other members of the Watch fighting, as in Fall of the Titans + Bonds of Mortality.

top 5 anime of all time (tv, not books because dragon ball would be first)
1. Sword art online 2. Fairy tail 3. Naruto(shipuden) 4. Bleach 5. Claymore

Oath of Jace lets you scry to set up Deploy, making it easier to hit 2 on a cast
Standard - Some kind of control
Modern - UB Mill (casual)
EDH - Meren's Grave Shenanigans

To be fair, this is basically how I react to every sorcery.
