The idea of incomprehensible plane-devouring otherworldly abominations with near unlimited power having genders is pretty laughable but this is a really solid card.
Unless you know, that the Blinding Eternities is an ecosystem and has more creatures than Eldrazi in it. We may think of them as otherworldly things, but they may be based in biology none the less.
Emrakul being female could mean that as a Titan, she is the only one capable to procreate Eldrazi. Ulamog and Kozilek had their brood, sure, but lore says they brood manifest around the titans, like smaller parasites feeding off the mana of a plane as a Titan consumes it. Emrakul could easily be written to be a biologically female Eldrazi.
Considering she up and made two new Legendary Eldrazi, is turning hundred or thousands of regular creatures into Eldrazi, that may simply be how Eldrazi procreate. Sort of like pseudogamy, which is a botany term to describe hybrid plants that greatly resemble their mother plant but are incapable of reproducing themselves. Similar to parthenogenesis.
Emrakul could be a female Eldrazi. Female Eldrazi could reproduce by "mutating" non-Eldrazi lifeforms. You could also go onto say that the other Titans were "male" non-viable Eldrazi whose sole purpose is to protect the female, this would play into the idea that Emrakul made two new Legendary Eldrazi.
And to catch myself, No, Angels are not female, they are not biological. Angels are beings manifest from mana itself (or created by powerful enough wizards) In fact there are "male" Angels in MTG.

Hi, I'm new!
Mark my words, the Year of Eldrazi will not be the last we see of them.

Nothing of the sort. It's been revealed that Emrakul is revealed as a "she" because she spawned the cult of Iona. The Blind Eternities are swirling chaos between the planes and can't host any living (biologically speaking) being.
This said, maybe that post-mending experts will prove me wrong.
Back to the card, is this set the Time Spiral of Innistrad or what.

And yet the people of Innistrad have no reason to call it a she. The flavor text even denotes an understanding that Emrakul has a will, and that "desire" aligns with it.
Just because other things can't or haven't been shown to live in the Blinding Eternities doesn't mean anything, since the Eldrazi do. Now save some Marit Lage style, Eldrazi origins are planeswalkers gone mad and turned into huge monsters, the Eldrazi have an Origin. That may be merely manifesting in the multiverse to serve some multiversal purpose, they may have been made by some horribly mad colorless elder dragon during the Dragon Wars. They may be a part of a very large and unknown ecosystem that inhabits the space between planes.
This is fantasy, obviously. Ruling out possibilities just because they've made statements in the past doesn't mean squat. If they can retcon Emrakul into this Planar wide mutation machine, they can easily write that she is a FEMALE Eldrazi.

Wow, this is great storytelling by art. Makes me feel really bad about the Innistrad people, and especially this girl. They've seen enough bad thing and nobodys derserves this
Yeah right; she wanted this to happen. Make a Wish to this? She got her bear back.
Mostly. You can play Corpse Churn to get a creature with flash back. I mean, to get back a creature with flash and play it immediately. But being able to get a land back in addition is a nice benefit. (Especially given, you know, things like fetchlands and Strip Mine. This could be nice in Commander, though it has a lot of things to compete with.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
