Yea, those are MTG Bars. What can I say, I am a dork
This is actually pretty amazing. Considering Regrowth effects, it's fairly often the card you want back is a creature. This costs the same as Regrowth, is an instant, and even mills a couple more options for retrieval. It's better than Corpse Churn for more than being able to snag a land; Green typically has better creatures than Black, and Black is more likely to have other ways of getting creatures from the graveyard back, often being abilities built into the creatures themselves.
It's green's Anticipate. I mean, Oath of Nissa is probably keeping the throne in Standard as far as green card selection goes, but their willingness to print more of these kinds of cards in the color is encouraging.

Last time I checked Anticipate lets you take any card type. This does not.
Also don't get why people make comparisons constantly. This isn't Anticipate, Oath of Nissa isn't green Ponder, just stop.

Very encouraging power level for a common. Gives me hope for the rest of the commons in the set because I'd have been totally unsurprised to see this effect, at this CMC, as an uncommon.
This looks like it could be a really powerful card. It's already good on curve, and ig gets better later in the game.
Is that the only other direct reference? Other than a couple of cards I mostly pretend that block doesn't exist, so not really up on flavor text from it.

Might be the only one on a card, but this has been known for awhile officially. They refer to her as a female in the stories, and Maro and Doug have fielded plenty of questions about it.

well... this is not Anticipate, sure, but it's actually better than anticipate A LOT of times.
first of all, it fills the graveyard and that's pretty relevant for lots of strategies.
at end game, you can select a card from a much bigger selection than Anticipate would.
just don't use it in a deck with just a few creatures and you should be fine. lol
But the most important takeaway from this card? Emrakul confirmed female.
Emrakul is just reffered to as female. Technically, the Eldrazi Titans don't have a gender.

What's the most resilient parasite? An idea.
A single idea from the human mind can build cities.
An idea can transform the world and rewrite all the rules...
The idea of incomprehensible plane-devouring otherworldly abominations with near unlimited power having genders is pretty laughable but this is a really solid card.

Here's why: making comparisons and logical connections to existing cards can help you evaluate the strengths and weakness of a new card. But thanks for pointing out that the text boxes of Anticipate and Grapple are different.

And whisper's of emrakul delirium is basicly hymn to tourach
This is going to combo with it.
Edit: this card is two mana instead of four. Dang.
Sudden Reclamation mills 4, not 3, and takes both a land and creature, this takes one.
I will seriously never understand why people try to use "strictly better." It never works out.

if your limited deck is anywhere near delirium, it's an auto include.
for the card selection and the opportunity to bring any creature or land back from the grave, it could even see play every time in limited.
