Escalate seems like entwined? Wonder if we'll get cards with more than 2 options.
Emerge seems cool. Being able to upgrade early drops that have become stonewalled for a reduced cost is nice. That being said unless they all offer significant upside it's just card disadvantage nonetheless.
Was really hyped for the land until I saw how it got transformed. Melding is interesting but again creates a 2 for 1 on yourself. Having to drop a 3 mana 2/3 and then pay another 6 suddenly makes the land less impressive.
So, only three melding pairs in the set? Looks like it can't really affect limited play.
PS. Both moon/Emrakul and sun/moon symbols in the same set on transforming cards really triggers my autism.
Ouch, the cost to get to the eldrazi flip side of that land are HUGE. your 2/3 has to stay alive, and you need to tap 6 lands for it... ouch.
It is, although at four mana with Hanweir Battlements already out you can play Hanweir Garrison, give it haste, get two additional creatures and then next turn spend 5 mana to meld them.
Still not sure if it's good enough for competitive play, but the curve is nice.
Both are white
Bruna is 7 mana 5/7, flying, vigilance, when cast return a angel or human from graveyard to play
Gisela is 4 mana 4/3, flying, first strike, lifelink.
Combo is
9/10 with flying, first strike, vigilance, lifelink. Opponents can't cast spells with CMC 3 or less.
Gnarlwood Dryad, our new Nimble Mongoose overlord, haha. I'm loving the flavor so far, and the designs do actually seem reasonable for going from "Normal on Innistrad" to "Eldrazi on Innistrad."
Long road home is FANTASTIC though!!
Everything else seems also pretty cool!
Dunes of Zairo
SHANDALAR

top 5 anime of all time (tv, not books because dragon ball would be first)
1. Sword art online 2. Fairy tail 3. Naruto(shipuden) 4. Bleach 5. Claymore

1W instant,
escalate 2 :
* target player gains 4 life
* untap up to 2 target creatures
* target opponent sacrifice one attacking creature.

Don't like the look of meld at all.
UR Blue-Red Control
Modern:
UBR Grixis Control
UWR Jeskai Control
The part of the meld side with the number is on the back of bruna, so it has the same number as bruna.
EDIT: At least, that is what the video shows.
I really like it. They work well together, while not being terrible on their own. On cast reanimation should be expensive. Also, ever after combo ftw!
I can feel I'm going to lose many games to that.
