hey guys, I'm 13th to notice it is attacking with 13 power!
cough. My apologies. But I am very hesitant to believe wizards routinely messes up their preview season and still don't understand how to keep their own design language in order.
What mistake have they made with their design language? The color indicator indicates a color. If there's not a color to indicate, why would it have one? They aren't having trouble being consistent with their design language - you're assuming it's wrong when there's no example to go by and accusing them of something based off of no prior knowledge, even though common sense suggests the purpose of that design doesn't apply here. Way to go.
...more seriously, it's interesting that the backside of the card has haste when Vildin-Pack Alpha didn't get the same treatment. Maybe the condition that flips it can be achieved the turn you drop it into play, like Westvale Abbey?
I think that basically has to be it. It must be a transform you can trigger immediately, else why have haste?

I'm guessing it has to do with the eldrazi flip indicator on the top. There's probably a common flip trigger on a bunch of the Emrakul corrupted cards, maybe something to do with controlling eldrazi permanents.
Until we see the other side, there is absolutely no way to assess the power level of this card. The casting cost and flip conditions could be anything.

Color indicators are used when there is a color to indicate. If the card is colorless, there's no need. Ashmouth Blade

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
I assume the front side will be expensive and/or very difficult to flip. If this was cheap and easy to flip, it would be bah-roken. We just don't know yet.
hi, this is mtg, welcome to the game, where this ability will come with conditions that reduce the actual power level to unplayable outside of draft, because good cards, our overlords tell us are no fun

Wonder how the eldrazi transform mechanic works.

We don't know what the front side looks like and what the transform conditions are, so it's difficult to tell how good the card actually is.

Absence of color indicator on DFC backsides without color: Compare to: Chalice of Death
I made a cube. It's called 'babe cube' because all the cards have babes on them. http://www.cubetutor.com/draft/58369
Also it's a great card. If it's Red, and it requires Tokens to sack, I am going to play Naya Tokens

When attack for 7 your really attacking for 13
So this is a first mutant eldrazi it's another creature type so colorless may just be regular eldrazis
If this is easy to flip this is going to be a exspensive card.
According to are number prediction chart
It's red on the back side. (Or should I say front side?)

AGREED. Also, Hanweir is a primarily RW-based town looking at the cards with Hanweir in the title.
