Here's the thumbnail without the play button. The symbol, art, and text have all been blurred out, but it definitely looks colorless. Also, I'm not sure, but it looks like it might have a special frame similar to the devoid frame or the expedition frame.
But that may be a different card and not the madness causer
And as for not being like eldrazi art simple this is outside zendikar
That type of art could not be full art focused because it's not a zendikar zone
Plus it could have a boarder like devoid cards.just in artifact form.
I'm still positive it's emrakul causing the madness. Especial because of part 2 of eldritch moons story that Nahiri definitely might want sorin to feel her pain of the eldrazis destroying her land.
Could "Legendary Artifact Creature - Whatever" even fit on the type line at that font size? Seems like the blurred line would be a little thinner.
Bosh, Iron Golem takes up the entire line, for example, without shrinking noticeably. Sen Triplets also takes up the entire line, but had to shrink the text a lot.
It definitely looks like an artifact frame, though, so it seems like this probably isn't the big bad of the set. Maybe something important, but I would think the main villain would be legendary. If you're on the Phyrexian boat, none of their legendary creatures were artifacts, either.

Agreed. I'm 86% sure it's a devoid card.
If it's devoid, wouldn't it have a colored mana cost? I doubt this costs a single mana and it looks like it only has one symbol/number.
Since I'm killing time at a Starbucks, I just did a quick test in Photoshop-- pasted in the preview, then pasted in an Artifact card, and a Devoid card. Resized them to get the same level of pixelation, etc and laid them all side-by-side.
The frame in the preview is DEFINITELY the artifact frame. You can see distinctive craquelature lines that appear on both the left and right sides that are exactly what you get if you shrink the artifact frame to that side. Devoid cards (and true colorless cards, such as Kozilek or Breaker of Armies) don't have that--they have some of the artwork showing through at a reduced opacity, and do NOT have the signature craquelature lines that are clearly present on the preview.
Just to be sure, I tried to double-check any of the other modern frames to see if there's any others that behave that way when pixelated--but it's only Artifact cards.
If the preview card was a hastily-made mock-up, or if it was purposefully created to be misleading, as a red herring, then this is all meaningless. If the preview pic is literal, then it's an artifact, and not a devoid card.

It's probably a new functional reprint of caged sun called caged moon

Yeah, the frame does look a little bit different from a normal artifact, but it seems to only have one symbol unless they edited the others out completely and only blurred one which would be odd. That said, I'm convinced it isn't Emrakul regardless of whether that's an artifact frame or not. The titans all have their artwork extended out into the frame in lieu of an actual frame. This pretty clearly has an actual frame.

Yea but I got feeling that may not happen because it's outside zendikar
Plus I just realize something what if they are blurring the border to hide the same type of art eldrazis have just to make it look like a artifact?
That is most certainly the frame used for colorless artifacts, not colorless nonartifacts such as the Eldrazi. For reference, compare the frames on Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Tamiyo's Journal to the blurred card's frame. Ulamog's frame is transparent, allowing its artwork to extend into the frame and textbox. The art on the blurred card ends at the frame, like artifacts.
Well whatever it is, it's a creature because it has a P/T box. I still feel like it will be the moon, which flips into Emrakul.
It's also definitely not a DFC. In the preview video, the card that Maro brought had a standard back, and the blurred card lacks the sun symbol in the upper left corner that marks a DFC's front face, as with Archangel Avacyn.
I can't believe we're so devoid of meaningful information that we're actually debating what a blurred out thumbnail might represent. Gimmie my damn spoilers already.

They have done at least one colorless card with the transparent frame off Zendikar: Scion of Ugin from Tarkir. It's not just Zen specific. If Wizards feels it fits the flavor, they'll do it
It's an artifact card alright, Photoshop to the rescue (below). I rotated the image, and scaled a regular artifact to fit within the blurry card so you can compare the texture of the artifact frame edge. Exact match, barring compression and blurriness.
The top edge also matches, so no devoid either. Just a regular artifact card.
Guys, I don't think this is anything particularly obvious, and certainly not something immediately recognizable, like Emrakul, or devoid, simply because it isn't until he reads the bottom part of the card where he gives the reaction, so the image itself can't be too telling, it's got to be a mechanic or the flavor text that's got him all excited.

I hereby rescind my claim. It's still a peculiar frame, but I guess it's more likely to be an artifact creature of sorts.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
There are a few things we know about EM as a set. Liliana is all but confirmed being in EM, since she if the only Planeswalker out of the origins five that hasn't been given a Planeswalker card since origins. Now today, if the consensus is right and the spoiler hint is of an artifact card that will most likely be crucial to the EM storyline, then maybe we should combine these two things that are almost certain about the set. Liliana and a powerful artifact brings to mind the chain veil, but since the chain veil already got a card of its own, then maybe this artifact is another thing along those lines. Perhaps what was hidden on or in the moon is a huge weapon or creature created by the evil artificers that created the veil, the Onakke ogres.
I admit this is a very tenuous connection, but it is not a theory I've seen anyone else mention. Think about it this way, if the chain veil can make a super powerful black Planeswalker like Liliana worry about her own sanity, then madness on Innistrad could be caused by the presence of a long forgotten huge and powerful Onakke artifact coming back to life.
