D- see me after class. Come up with a better pun that you can really brago about.
You guys are ridiculous.
Happy to see this card reprinted. Although something that always bothered me about this guy was his lack of... Well... Eternal-ness. He's pretty vulnerable to death, despite the fact he's always Brago'bout being eternal.
I hope they have more blue or white cards with ETB effects at common and uncommon rarity besides Man-o'-War. It would temper players disappointment at opening Brago by at least allowing them to have fun drafting a deck that abuses ETB effects in limited.
Sweet, he resets my Giant Tortoises. Could be kinda fun even without the ETB abuse, just to reset your blockers and such, nice add.

Wow... was expecting this in CNS2, not here. I hate to think what this is going to have access to...
Given that Brago is dead again by CNS2, there was no chance of seing him there.
But... but... he's eternal...
Guess that's why they had to shove him in Eternal Masters, then. They may have killed him, but he lives on in our hearts (and our wallets)!
100% honest here guys, I'm totally surprised that they're reprinting as much Conspiracy 1 cards in here. The amount of overlap is disconcerting.
The same was done with Vintage Masters, though Conspiracy was paper-only and VM was online-only, so it made sense to get many of the Conspiracy cards available online. Seems like they're simply borrowing heavily from the design of Vintage Masters here, for better or worse.

I have said that Vintage Masters would be a phenomenal starting block for Eternal Masters, but even though I think it's good, several issues arise from that. VM gets around the reserve list, and as such had many reserved list cards plus the bonus P9, and this set feels like an extremely watered down version of VMA, almost in a bad way (I've never played MTGO and VM was a recent discovery for me, I've always played paper or the 1990s duels of the planeswalkers from MTG Shandalar). FoW from rare in VM but mythic on paper plus many other shifts such as Goblin Trenches which was an uncommon in VM now rare, no bonus cards, no reserve list cards, and what feels like some really forced rarities for no real reason.
There's still some room for value to be found, like if they'd have Smokestack, or some more real value common/uncommons but I'm starting to get the feeling that it's unlikely.
I got a box, and will draft it and have tons of fun despite getting the worst mythics and foils possible, but it still feels like a ground rule double that was almost a home run.

Reports of his death may have been exaggerated.

They'll probably print a different one in Conspiracy 2.

No, pretty sure they made it clear with the trolling when they announced Cons-2 That Brago is super mega ultra dead.
My guess is that the Cons stuff being reprinted is a little bit of price mitigating (Dack), and a little bit of viable recent cards to help push drafting dynamics. And a lot confirming what isn't in Cons-2 or Comm-16.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
