Guess Emperor Crocodile is EMA's Scion of the Wild - from rare straight to common. Considering Green's other archetypes are all established (Elves, enchantments, Threshold), I'd assume it's mostly meant to fit in GR.
(Innocent Blood is also sweet - good commons are the most important thing about this set, to me, and Blood qualifies.)

I doubt it. From personal experience, halving things is enough of a rules headache; dividing things by three seems like it would need an experienced mathematician to figure everything out.
