Scepter seems odd at rare, but with things like Hymn to Tourach and Chain Lightning running around, not to mention Brainstorm, this probably deserves the bump to rare.

Luckily Hymn and Chain Lightning are Sorceries and can't be Sceptered. Or else Sinkhole would be WAY more scary (Or, Magic gods forbid, Balance). Counterspell, however, at common should be easy to pick up. And if Berserk (at this point it would have to be a rare) shows up - just forget about it :-D

That's right, I always forget Scepter isn't "instant and sorcery".
Considering the two cascade cards we got in this set I'm glad Brainstorm is bumped up to uncommon. Doing it on your opponents turn to set up a stupid value cascade would be too easy at common, and even if you don't have cascade this card is still way too strong at common... maybe even at uncommon. We need like uncomon.0 or something for this thing.
In what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like this to occur and validate you.
