does not make sense:
-sees no play outside of edh.
-is not worth that much.
I will concede your other points, but we got a reprint of Worldgorger Dragon and control magic.
Anyway, looking at what fits, we might see:
Brago
Captain Sisay
Cavern Harpy
Honestly those are the only ones that really stand out as things that would make any amount of sense.
I'm thinking Cavern Harpy then, it sees a little fringe legacy play, right?

Rest in RIP My Signature, I guess. 2015-2016, we hardly knew ye.
Total side note but I like how people are discussing running this over itself.
Well, it has to be said that Kolaghan is clearly better than Kolaghan. Considering what BR decks usually want and how stiff the competition in this guild is, there is no way that I would run Kolaghan over Kolaghan! Kolaghan might make it in as the sixth guild card or so. Kolaghan on the other hand ranks several places below that.
It was so funny to me when they described this as a downgrade to the original Zurgo during the Pax East panel. I was thinking if this is a downgrade, they should really "downgrade" all legendary creatures. Haha.
My deck designing is quite concise at this point:
1. Come up with deck idea
2. Realize this idea is somehow fundamentally similar to another deck I have or that is commonly played in my group
3. Decide I don't want to disassemble one of my existing decks
4. Give up and do nothing
I don't see the point of this new shroud mechanic. It's strictly worse than Hexproof. Threshold is pretty bad too, Delirium is a much better mechanic and probably easier to activate.
Otherwise this card is a pretty neat guy. Dodges removal and grows into a Primal Huntbeast. 3/5

Boggart Ram-gang?
Makes sense for drafting purposes
That's hybrid, wouldn't fill that slot.

are all as likely as your guesses, and i don't know many of legends' goodies... (Cavern harpy is a great guess though, but this slot has to be psychatog)
Wouldn't Dack's Duplicate go after Dack?
There's no way Coalition Victory gets printed, it's not playable in any of the formats this is supporting.
I don't think we'll see any Slivers, but it's possible I guess.
Castigate is feasible, depending on what the WB archetype is.

Edit:worldgorger dragon has been a legacy/vintage staple long ago, and was debanned probably during this set finish. It has to be considered at least "playable" in legacy, even if not tier 1 or 2...
With Karakas Spoiled, I think Captain Sisay is all but certain. W/G Legendary sub theme is totally possible (if not exactly exciting). They could downgrade Isamaru, Hound of Konda to uncommon (or even common), without perverting draft too much. And many of the Legends from Legends (which people would love reprints of) are weak enough to show up at uncommon as well.
Why don't you think it could be Xantid Swarm? That is a card that see's Legacy Play, more so than Wordly Tutor
We've seen Vampiric, Gamble and Enlightened; it only makes sense that they would finish the cycle with Worldly and Mystic.
Seems likely, but Xantid Swarm isn't actually out yet. The borders between colors here are all just guesses, Xantid could be 194 and Worldly could be 193.

With all sincerity, could we have a separate thread for speculation? I would like to check this thread for new cards in and commonly wanted cards out (IE Zen fetches, Damnation etc) and not pages of speculation to dig through. I feel this way with every name and number crunch, but for whatever reason this one has caused me to post. If not that's cool too.

The front page could (should) cover that in some way. No? Number crunching is a process as much as it's results. But not getting drowned in speculations when you're looking for specifics could be achievable without splitting the thread in two IMO.

Standard - Some kind of control
Modern - UB Mill (casual)
EDH - Meren's Grave Shenanigans
I will concede your other points, but we got a reprint of Worldgorger Dragon and control magic.

Does that see Legacy/Vintage play? I thought it was just Modern.
If it does, it's the best fit for that spot.

190 Timberwatch Elf C
191 Werebear C
192 Wirewood Symbiote U
193
193 is Worldly Tutor (maybe we could get a Xantid Swarm but i don't think so)
We've seen Vampiric, Gamble and Enlightened; it only makes sense that they would finish the cycle with Worldly and Mystic.
why? They didn't print all the Leylines in MM2
Seems likely, but Xantid Swarm isn't actually out yet. The borders between colors here are all just guesses, Xantid could be 194 and Worldly could be 193.

Deceiver Exarch
Delver of Secrets
We could also get Deep Analysis in that spot.
Delver seems unlikely unless they show off more double-sided cards.
I think you're correct, unfortunately. There's no room for Marsh Flats.
OLD SCHOOL 93/94 «The Pain Train» Black Sligh, Esper «Machine Gun» Artifacts, Jund «Psycho» Ponza-Disko.
Yeah, they still fit.
Dark Depths is going to be in FTV: Lore, so it's most likely not in EMA.
Well they selected Deathrite Shaman and Bloodbraid Elf already. I guess they could further extend the middle finger to Modern by putting in Deceiver Exarch.
