Notable options for the 2 multicolored spots before BBE:
Abrupt Decay (it is being promo'ed, so doubtful, would probably be rare) Animar, Soul of Elements (unlikely, if so it would just be a nod to EDH, would probably be rare) Baleful Strix (Seems pretty reasonable with no paper printing since 2013, a price of $5, and some legacy play. Could be uncommon?) Basandra, Battle Seraph as a bulk rare? Meh.
Oooh, a number crunch for an all-reprint set! These are fun!
Suggestion: You should probably use the usual formatting convention to make things clearer. Specifically, bold if we know the number, italics for speculation.
I would love to see Ankh of Mishra. It's never been printed in Modern frame on in foil and I need one badly for my Oloro stax EDH deck. It's also a good card for cube.

Alright, I will implement that tomorrow when we get the new batch of spoilers. This is my first time running one of these, so all the suggestions would be helpful!
Hey, I've been lurking for years, but I want to speculate - this is my first post. I mostly play Legacy on MTGO.
Containment Priest might fit in one of the 8 spots open before Enlightened Tutor. It's played in vintage and legacy in a decent number of sideboards. It's not super exciting or pricey, but needs a reprint. It provides some level of balance against Sneak Attack, but becomes less likely if WOTC is pushing cheat-a-fatty in draft. even then, at rare it doesn't hurt the strategy too much.
Unmask. Last seen in Mercadian Masques. Provides interaction with combo without sacrificing board development. Diminishing returns in multiples so it works at rare. Fits after Toxic Deluge. Again, played in legacy and vintage without being overly pricey.
I like Abrupt decay in multi-color before Bloodbraid Elf from Sperlman's list. Baleful Strix fits before Bloodbraid Elf but it (and Shardless Agent, another good EMA candidate) was in Vintage Masters.
I also like Aether Vial and Blightsteel Colossus from that list. Aether vial is played heavily in Death & Taxes, Goblins, and fish, which if not tier 1 are accessible and fan-favorite type decks. BSC works with sneak attack in magical christmas draft land.
I know the filter lands fit here given Wooded Bastion fitting after wasteland... but if i had to guess I'd be more inclined to think the spot goes to check lands or the windbrisk cycle, or zoetic cavern. The filter lands were just reprinted as expeditions (granted that's weak evidence). Windbrisk heights was last reprinted in V12, and it supports white weenie, which is eminently draftable.
I have to think Karakas is in at Mythic. It's heavily played, not on the reserved list, super pricey in paper but not online (it was in a legacy starter deck there), and shows up in more decks than Rishadan Port (Goblins, Lands, Vintage MUD which DCI nuked by restricting Lodestone Golem). I'd really like both because RP is stupid expensive online. I could also see RP at Rare if only because Wasteland is also rare - it doesn't feel mythic, whereas karakas does.
I'm optimistic Show and Tell will be on the list, but I doubt WOTC would give us this and Sneak Attack. Might get something like Goryo's Vengeance which is more reanimator than cheat-a-fatty.
I wasn't considering Vintage Masters since it was online-only and this is paper, so paper players didn't get strix or agent when vintage masters came out.
My bet's on Chalice or Ravager, but we could see Monolith- maybe even at common?
Worth noting more than one of these could be in, as the cut-off between multicolour and artifacts is a guess. We know there are three cards that are either hybrid with names starting after D or artifacts from this list.
I don't feel qualified to comment too much on potential hybrid options bc I'm not overwhelmingly familiar with eternal formats, though. Does anyone have insight on what hybrid cards might be candidates for reprinting?

True. SA was a judge promo. Both SA and BS were printed online and in paper in commander and plane chase, before vma- so I could see it happening. Conversely, paper had goodies like misdirection in conspiracy that mtgo didn't get. That's super pricey online. I'd be surprised if daze, fow, and misdirection all came in the same set though.
Total side note but I like how people are discussing running this over itself.
Well, it has to be said that Kolaghan is clearly better than Kolaghan. Considering what BR decks usually want and how stiff the competition in this guild is, there is no way that I would run Kolaghan over Kolaghan! Kolaghan might make it in as the sixth guild card or so. Kolaghan on the other hand ranks several places below that.
It was so funny to me when they described this as a downgrade to the original Zurgo during the Pax East panel. I was thinking if this is a downgrade, they should really "downgrade" all legendary creatures. Haha.
My deck designing is quite concise at this point:
1. Come up with deck idea
2. Realize this idea is somehow fundamentally similar to another deck I have or that is commonly played in my group
3. Decide I don't want to disassemble one of my existing decks
4. Give up and do nothing
I don't see the point of this new shroud mechanic. It's strictly worse than Hexproof. Threshold is pretty bad too, Delirium is a much better mechanic and probably easier to activate.
Otherwise this card is a pretty neat guy. Dodges removal and grows into a Primal Huntbeast. 3/5
11 red cards after Worldgouger Dragon does not make sense.
I'd inclined to say that the number of mono-coloured cards is over-estimated.
at 38 card per color red would have finished at #152
at 39 card per color red would finish at #156, 2 cards after Worldgorger can be plausible
and green would end at #195 1 more than now counted (currently only 29 cards in green)

Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again"
Control Magic at #42.
What sits between it and Daze at #44? Speculate!
Counterspell or Counterbalance.
My guess is Counterbalance.
Let's not forget Cyclonic Rift is also a possibility, which imho makes more sense in a draft set.
I'd love it to be counterbalance but it would lead to a boatload of mistriggers, and potentially frustrating and slow gameplay.
guessing between counterspell and counterbalance is hard. countebalance is more prominent in eternal formats but it is difficult to use in a limited format, counterspell on the other hand is a perfect common for a set like this, it's an evergreen card and quite iconic.
my bet are on counterspell
about red, if the 39 cards per color are right the 2 slot after worldgorger are gonna be strange. One of them is quite clearly Young Pyromancer but the other one I have no idea
"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again"
yeah that's probably the better choice for a reprint of it
Abrupt Decay (it is being promo'ed, so doubtful, would probably be rare)
Animar, Soul of Elements (unlikely, if so it would just be a nod to EDH, would probably be rare)
Baleful Strix (Seems pretty reasonable with no paper printing since 2013, a price of $5, and some legacy play. Could be uncommon?)

My guesses are Decay and Strix.
EDIT: We have one artifact spot before Chrome Mox. Potential options:
AEther Vial (Missed MM2- could be an option, sees a bit of play in Fish)
Akroma's Memorial (please no, it literally only sees play in commander)
Altar of Dementia (meh)
Ankh of Mishra (meh)
Arcbound Ravager (Also missed MM2)
Basalt Monolith (Hasn't been printed since 2013, but it is cheap.)
Bla... nevermind.
Blightsteel Colossus? Probably not.
Chalice of the Void (Still needs to go down in price, missed MM2)
My bet's on Chalice or Ravager, but we could see Monolith- maybe even at common?
Suggestion: You should probably use the usual formatting convention to make things clearer. Specifically, bold if we know the number, italics for speculation.
UBRKess, Dissident MageUBR - Controlling Dissidents
GRhonas the IndomitableG - Indomitable Four Drops
WUBOloro, Ageless AsceticWUB - Loot & Renanimate

You could probably mark in the other two (Worldly, Mystical) as tentatively included.
Manamorphose
card 45 could be Delver of Secrets
which means we will have to have more then 1 double faced card so they can print a checklist card
huntmaster of the fells
garruk relentless
I'd lay money on Finks, too. Perhaps Murderous Redcap as well.
