This card is hysterical and I'm so very glad it exists. The fact that you can be forced to kill yourself with it is hilarious. This is the kind of jank rare I like to see--bad, sure, but it makes you want to build around it anyways.
This will one day be one of those cards a bunch of blokes are going to sit down and make a challenge that they all have to have an EDH deck with this as the only way they are allowed to win, and then just see what happens as a result.

13 hanging utensils.
13 stones in the fireplace.
13 wood blocks in the fireplace.
13 broken pieces of pottery.
13 boards in wall+ceiling.
13 rivets in the barrel.
13 drops of blood on the wall.
Also, this is my new favourite card. Seriously. To second place you go, Kiln Fiend.
I'm not sure this is a junk rare. No, seriously. This card is not hard to build around, you just need to get your opponent for 7 points, which is a lot less than 20. I will say that it can be tricky with life gain and if your opponent has a way to damage him/herself, but maybe if we get effects like grove of the burnwillows you can control it.
Anyway, I wouldn't be surprise to see someone trying a standard deck with this. It is obviously unplayable anywhere else, but I feel like it is an improved Hidetsugu's Second Rite.

Today I learned that triskaidekaphobia is not nearly as hard to translate into other languages as I thought it might be, although apparently it isn't such a thing in Italy.
I'll be happy to open this in packs and play it for an opponent's reaction. Still better than opening Hedron Alignment and Call the Gatewatch at my pre-release
Holy alternate win con!
Check the art. Maybe there's 13 of certain objects in it.

Particularly pay attention at the end, where they point out the very many ways the number 13 is represented on the card.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH
This might not be the best card in the set, but it is the BESTEST.
Feel free to tell me yours!
I like how it gets scarier the closer you get to 13.
Seriously, THAT is how you design a bad card that still makes people happy.
