All of these new wonderful madness cards are going to make me retune my Nath deck
Madness really seems almost redundant here. It's at its strongest when it's giving you a discount on your dudes. This has the same cost and Madness cost, which means it's a fine discard to a loot or another discard activation, but it's not 100% necessary.
Mostly this is just a Blood Scrivener with +1 power and an additional chance to trigger.

This would be a great card if it were just a 3/1 madness vampire for 2. The card draw ability is amazing ("each player's turn"?!) and will give some serious staying power to the "dump your hand" Vampire aggro decks.

Took the words right out of my mouth. I expect these all-in Vampire aggro strategies to be empty-handed by turn 4 or 5, and if this girl sticks around, she'll be giving you some serious fuel.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

This is what Blood Scrivener should have been and maybe then it would have seen some play.
I was so happy when zombies got a usable two drop during Innistrad standard...and then it turned out to play terribly in practice as the trigger never off in a worthwhile manner. Only Gravecrawler and Geralf's Messenger were worth playing for their synergy together. Relentless Dead almost makes up for such a travesty. Vampires are getting tons of love in this set.

True, but Madness gets around the normal timing restrictions of casting a creature.
Well, that seems pretty good. It seems strong with liliana of the veil in particular. In my experience, modern Jund does frequently get itself and it's opponents to hellbent. Hmm...

Also lets you use Liliana, Defiant Necromancer to great effect. Gets the other player down a card and you just play this and keep your other cards in hand.

Yeah but the pseudo Flash Provided by madness, makes it interesting at best too

If you have an instant-speed discard outlet. And I'm not sure that casting this guy at instant speed buys you *that* much.
The Madness is relevant in decks with Liliana of the Veil, however. I could certainly see this sneaking in to some Modern Jund lists in place of Dark Confidant for the synergy there and the lack of dis-synergy with Tasigur, the Golden Fang/Gurmag Angler.
