It could be enough to finally push white weenies into the mainstream. The creature base is there and now it will get premier removal in the form of Declaration in Stone.
For reference we already have
A few of the cards above are a little suspect such as relic seeker and arashin formost but there are 3 different 2/1's for 1 as well as 3 powerful two drops in Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Consul's Lieutenant, and Knight of the White Orchid. there are plenty of sideboard cards open to the deck such as Vryn Wingmare. Depending on the popularity of boardwipes it could stand a chance at carving out a place in the meta especially with a non legendary anthem. I'm a big fan of the design even if it doesn't end up with a place in standard though. It may seem lazy to do a reverse intangible virtue but I like reprints of old cards that are buffed with a downside tacked on.

Yeah, at WW it would of been better and still acceptable. But 3 mana for a non token anthem plus vigelence is still okay. I can definitely see this card seeing play. Dont under estimate vigilance

Man,people on here are easily disappointed.
Glorious Anthem was a super strong card, this one's much stronger, but with a restriction that rules out certain decks but not others.
In other words, this card is really really good!
Yeah I agree with you here, if your playing tokens - your not using this card, if your playing white weeny non-tokens this is better than other anthem affects at its cost.
Many people on here that just say, "EDH only", or, "Not playable in constructed", should be hit up for spam. There is so much of it, it IS spam. Makes some threads unreadable.
You guys haven't been on MTGS long have you? Being absurdly doom and gloom and negative about EVERY SINGLE CARD PREVIEWED if pretty much what this site does. That's how its been since at least original Zendikar. The only time the site isn't negative on how terrible the card is is to complain about (in no particular order)
1) NWO
2) Too rare
3) Not rare enough
4) Calling it a cash grab
5) Not right for their standard deck
6) Not right for their modern deck
7) Not right for their legacy deck
8) Not right for their overly tuned Commander deck
Welcome to preview season, check your expectations at the door.
OT: Good anthem effect, especially with the vigilance. Wouldn't shock me as a 2-of in certain Wx lists.
I've been a member since 2007, but I get what you mean!
msun: Knives scoop ice cream.
Highroller: No they don't, knives don't scoop. Spoons scoop.
msun: Well, knives SHOULD scoop icecream.
Highroller: We have spoons that do it. Moreover, the shape of a knife that would scoop ice cream would make it horrible for performing the functions of a knife.
msun: Highroller, you bring up spoons as though they were the utensil used for scooping ice cream.
Seems fine. Not my cup of tea tho. Lots of permanent/enchantment removal that can set you up to lose your whole crew in one attack. Dont like weenies when midrange is so strong. Playing this turn three only gives control one extra turn to wipe the board of creatures.
Not liking this card makes little sense. You don't play token makers, then.

Somewhat wrathproof, plenty of CA. You are attacking with a 3/4 flyer that blocks, and every one-drop leaves clues behind. Thus smushing any disadvantage of low to the ground.

"Warning: Um, warning. This is going to be a game state violation. And a taking extra turns and drawing extra cards violation, pretty much, a whole bunch of violations. Look at me, I'm the DCI."
Hey, now I get to be one of the doomsayers. I don't see how WW exists as a deck in the new format, and this card doesn't do anything to help its weaknesses. Even with stuff like Bishop, I don't think it can survive a board wipe and it doesn't have the clock to get underneath. I wouldn't mind being wrong, but I look at Radiant Flames and Chandra, Flamecaller and Thing in the Ice and I'm reminded of every other time I've tried building WW; too easily disrupted, not good enough at rebounding from a setback. It's a shame, because a spell with a name like Always Watching really deserves to be played.
I've seen a Tempered Steel deck wreck some face without ever dropping a token onto the battlefield, so I can confirm that this will be highly playable in white weenie alongside Thraben Inspector and Thalia's Lieutenant.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Sigh.

I disagree with it being better. I guess people on these forums ignore the V more than I thought. Vigilance is a real thing folks.
