Art's a bit unsettling. Imagine being a normal human in Innistrad and walking into a ruined building. You look up and see a bunch of perched lurking Angels. Hilarity ensues.
OK, Google Translate on the name yields "Do not turn off monitoring". So I'm going to guess it's something like "Endless Vigilance" or "Ceaseless Watch" or something.
Edit: Oh, but it's card #1, so it has to be alphabetically before "Angel of Deliverance". Ideas, anyone?
Edit: I'm going to add this to the spoiler as "Abiding Vigilance". We'll see if I got it right!
Funny enough, this card would be fine in a angel deck with nontoken ground support. But yeah, nontoken is a pretty disheartening clause. I don't blame y'all for disliking this thing. Art's sick, but that's obvious.

Man,people on here are easily disappointed.
Glorious Anthem was a super strong card, this one's much stronger, but with a restriction that rules out certain decks but not others.
In other words, this card is really really good!
Yeah I agree with you here, if your playing tokens - your not using this card, if your playing white weeny non-tokens this is better than other anthem affects at its cost.
Many people on here that just say, "EDH only", or, "Not playable in constructed", should be hit up for spam. There is so much of it, it IS spam. Makes some threads unreadable.
msun: Knives scoop ice cream.
Highroller: No they don't, knives don't scoop. Spoons scoop.
msun: Well, knives SHOULD scoop icecream.
Highroller: We have spoons that do it. Moreover, the shape of a knife that would scoop ice cream would make it horrible for performing the functions of a knife.
msun: Highroller, you bring up spoons as though they were the utensil used for scooping ice cream.

You guys haven't been on MTGS long have you? Being absurdly doom and gloom and negative about EVERY SINGLE CARD PREVIEWED if pretty much what this site does. That's how its been since at least original Zendikar. The only time the site isn't negative on how terrible the card is is to complain about (in no particular order)
1) NWO
2) Too rare
3) Not rare enough
4) Calling it a cash grab
5) Not right for their standard deck
6) Not right for their modern deck
7) Not right for their legacy deck
8) Not right for their overly tuned Commander deck
Welcome to preview season, check your expectations at the door.
OT: Good anthem effect, especially with the vigilance. Wouldn't shock me as a 2-of in certain Wx lists.

"I hope to have such a death... lying in triumph atop the broken bodies of those who slew me..."
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Humm I don't know this seem to be a bit conservative design. Maybe i m too crazy but i really think it would be Ok if it gave +2/+2 instead ( and maybe just it, not vigilance) , or should cost one {W} less. Can't understand why PC principal didn't said anything about this card being typist about non token. Come on Tokens have the same effect at uncommon and costing one {W} less. Where is the equality ?
I Know that this in limited is prety good and is a Glorious Anthem and thus the only reason to it being at rare... But can't they do Tempered Steel for non tokens and make tokens strong in Standard? Or at least make it cost 1W so it is a reference to Intangible Virtue? It would feel way better than this.
This would be absolutely bonkers standard warping at +2/+2. The card as is could probably have been 1W or WW and been fine, but 1WW is a pretty reasonable cost for a card which is narrower than glorious Anthem but has a slightly stronger effect.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
That's a weak card. I understand that vigilance can be strong but most decks that run that type of effect play token generators. I'm just waiting for the whole set to come out so I can start making my new standard deck.
Anthem does not need tokens to be powerful at all. As long as you have a good mix of aggressive 1 and 2 drops and decently costed fliers the card will be good. The card is very very good.
What makes a good Glorious Anthem environment is not tokens as many suggest, but a true and solid force of "white winnies". We haven't got many since Theros and we haven't seen any in SOI, but we'll wait and see.
I'm calling it right now- worst rare in the set. Even good limited players will find better bombs at common and uncommon no sweat. Worst. Episode. Ever.
I really do predict this to be our worst rare in set award winner. I'd be happier opening a jar of eyeballs, so I think anything worse is highly unlikely. This card wont just have zero constructed potential, but not be significantly better than a mass of ghouls in a draft.
Incidentally, the top end of a hypothetical standard White weenie deck already greatly appreciates Vigilance, and said top end plays rather well with other creatures with Vigilance, too (send in your army and tax the opponent to block, then get to keep them back on defense so the opponent has to pay the tax to try to push through all of those blockers). Seems like the angel would pair well with the angels' vigil.
