Search you library for a basci land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Delirium - If there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, instead search your library for a creature or land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library
I have neither the skill to correctly and accurately analyze this set in the context of current and future formats after 12 hours of exposure, nor the hubris to delude myself into believing that I do.
yeepers, that is weak without Delirium. Obviously awesome with it but man, dont want to cast it without it

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
Don't forget, it also tutors you any land with Delirium, not basic land only.
Now I understand, hope we will see Delirium analogues of Miracle cards (time walk, demonic tutor, wheel, etc)
Seems kinda meh. Maybe late game you can grab something good, but people have been saying Delerium is actually really hard to enable.
With sinister concoction, you can get two or three different types into your graveyard at once, one of them being an enchantment and another whatever you choose, and there will be other enablers... Doesn't seem that much out of reach to me.
Ohh boy. We have a winner for biggest power increase for Delirium. Underwhelming without Delirium, incredible with. Each time more and more I'm considering all the ways to enable Delirium fast. All we need is some good, cheap Artifact that sacks itself that goes with our lands, Instants and Sorceries.
Also, obligatory "amazing in EDH" comment. Tutors are always good in the format. A one-mana tutor that's able to fetch two types of cards? Sweet baby Jesus.
Seems pretty strong in a deck with flip-Jace. Cast it turn 1 to fix your mana, use Jace's ability a few turns later when you have Delirium to recast it.

Interesting, if slightly off-topic point: When paying Sinister Concoction's cost, do you complete the actions listed in order or simultaneously? In other words, can you see what you milled before you choose your discard?

If you have four or more different types of cards in your graveyard, tutor any creature or land card.
Basic landcycling — G (but sorcery speed only).
Which, I guess, has not a terrible floor, and the ceiling is certainly very high. But it depends on how achievable delirium actually is. Eh, in modern at least I'll stick with chord. Time will tell, how good this one is.

Yes, I`m pretty sure you do, just like you follow the order on Commands. This means that you can use Kolaghan's Command to return a creature from your graveyard to your hand, then discard it again, which is immensely useful stupid.
But yeah, Sinister Concoction is designed as an enabler for both madness and delirium. It`s pretty cool. Don`t forget that you get enchantment in your yard too from the Concoction itself, so you could easily have 3/4 delirium just from Concoction alone.
I'm thinking this might be good for ramp decks, especially those featuring Ruin in Their Wake. We are losing Rattleclaw Mystic, so Ruin might take its place and this alongside Oath of Nissa could make the manabase more stable without having to jam a lot of Wastes. Bonus if you can tutor one of your finishers for the late game.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
Zzzzzz
Everyone should learn from this

With Delerium it's a better Sylvan Scrying and a debatably better Green Sun's Zenith. That is ridiculously powerful.

Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.

the next creature card you cast costs G extra. draw a card
seems like it would be ok if chord wasn't already in modern
I don't follow this at all, unless you also feel that Demonic Tutor reads

the next card you cast costs 1B extra. draw a card.
