No, you can cast only one. It says "you may cast target card with the same name as that spell from your graveyard", so you pick a target card in your graveyard with the same name as the spell you cast, and cast it if you want.
Interesting design, but not a good card. Bad rare for limited, obviously doesn't work for EDH, and is not constructed viable. By not constructed viable, I mean 1) it does nothing on its own, 2) requires setup, 3) and demands lots of mana to be effective (read: STANDARD). If Pyromancer's Goggles didn't see much play, which is arguably much better excepting only mana cost, this won't see any play. It could possibly find a home in a Delver or Storm modern deck, but what would you take out of the deck to put in a card that does nothing on T3 when you cast it? That kind of tempo loss would be devastating. I could actually see this seeing play if it cost R, but not at 2R...

perhaps to slow for modern but t1 bolt to dome. t 2 bolt to dome, t3 this, t4 bolt, bolt bolt to dome t5 bolt bolt bolt bolt to dome, sure you need all 4 bolts right away but its a dream.
It may be to slow for burn, and possibly too costly, but considering the premier burn spells hit for at least 3 and cost a single mana, this turns Lightning Bolt into RR:Deal 6 to two targets, and by turn 4, that's enough to put the game away in most cases.
Edit: Combine that with any (good) prowess creature, and that is game.

Fear not, I'm sure the once per set wacky red rare enchantment will show it's face around here somewhere.
But no really, this card is surprisingly good. If it's the curve topper in your deck, I can see a very happy person in control of the storm. *ahem, harnessing it.
... Never mind, not free. Eh, we'll break it some other way. Is there any way to, I dunno, counter the spell on the stack in time to cast it with this ability, and more importantly is there anything to gain from this?

but this card is awful.
it makes other "do nothing" enchantments like Megrim for example to look absolutely awesome in comparison.
it simply needs to much prepare for a stupid small effect.
it basically says: when you have a spell in hand, and another copy of it in the graveyard and enough mana to cast that spell twice, and reason to do so, it gives you +1 card advantage.
man... you need to make this happen AT LEAST twice to make this card better than simply having drawn ANYTHING else on it's place, and even if you trigger it TWICE it would still be arguably worse than a Divination
look, even with the scenario everyone is hyping where you have this and 2 Lightning Bolts when it triggers, all you managed to do was casting the third Lightning Bolt for 2RR at a time you might not actually want it.
I dont know about Modern Burn, since to be usefull, this card has to come as early as turn 3, so u need to run at least 3, and its not a good topdeck.
Buuuuttttt in Modern Storm, this thing may shine !!!
Worth noting no exile clause so no nonbo with past in flames and you cast the spell so it adds to storm count unlike pyromancer's ascension. Not sure if the payoff from PA is better than this since you have to pay for the copy, but certainly worth testing
