I was hoping for something more unique. Aside from transforming back and forth it's kind of boring, and the transforming doesn't really add up to much. It's basically a 5-ability planeswalker, but somehow that's just not very exciting.
This card gives you lots of excuses to howl during games which is a plus. It gives you creatures, bolts things, pumps things, pumps other things and has some cool emblem that will probably never happen. This is good stuff. Also you can howl every time it flips.

I am beyond sick of Creature Combat: the Planeswalkering, but this card is pretty serious. Free 2/2's and bolts all day erry day. Mini-Overruns tacked on to boot.
I just wish they put three abilities on her front face - seeing that text box just split in half instead of thirds is weird. Other tan that, I really like her.

I'm surprised they're only going for $30. Narset was pre-selling for $45 or $50 iirc.
Solid and versatile card, it's hard to imagine a standard format where no deck wants to use her. Don't know about straight RG or Jund, but Naya Superfriends seems very plausible right now.
For an RG planeswalker, I absolutely love her. Not quite sure what her power will be in standard, but I really want to build a Naya Superfriends now. She actually has a lot of good synergy with some of the Eldrazi token producers. Tbh, I think she might be a sleeper PW. For EDH, she will be an auto include in my RG Elfball deck. This set is definitely looking better then BFZ and Oath.
Yeah PW pre-sells are stupid. Nothing like taking an 800% loss on a card.

IF Modern moves back to slowing down with more interactive strategies(yea I know long shot) she is quite good in modern. Mini Overrun for Zoo, extra bolts for zoo, pumps for zoo, extra creatures for zoo. Even though Domri and her is a nonbo(why you gotta be so picky Domri!) they work quite well together.
I mean 4 mana for a 2/2 wolf token and a boltable walker isn't really that op. IDK, maybe I want her worse than she is so I can pick them up for a bit less. She just seems really clunky. I mean, if you do the previous play you have to follow it up by either attacking with a 3/3 wolf and leaving her open to attack, or bolt something and drop her already low loyalty further. At 2 loyalty I don't like her chances and at 4 loyalty you need at least one guy to leave back to protect her.

I'm howling if I see her at my prerelease, draft, kitchen table or any game. I love this card so much. Takes a little fenagling between sides to hit the abilities you want, but each will almost always be relevant. Is she something entirely unseen before? No. Does she do what she does probably better than any Gruul walker before? I think so. Xenagos was ramp friendly for devotion, but didn't offer much else. Sarkhan was a little all over the place. Domri could brick and run out of gas very fast. Arlinn is for gruul beasties and shes great in that role.
Shes also great in werewolf decks and I will howl like a maniac each time I get to use her.

So...in your mind, you're playing her in a RG deck that doesn't play a creature on turn 1 or 2? I think you have bigger problems than her fragility if that's the case...
I mean, agree with your first sentence. At 4 mana, being able to be smacked by a lightning bolt as you play her keeps her OP-ness in check for sure. But honestly, in a deck that wants this card, she is strong and versatile.

In case you're asking if you get to do all those in the same turn, then no. If you 0 her, she flips and puts a 2/2 token but you can't use another ability from the flipped side until your next turn.

The only ability that is kinda "meh" is her transformed +1. I think her "day" side will be the one that'll be used more often, pumping your beaters and summoning tokens, with a few lightning bolts from the transformed side thrown in every few turns.

You have valid points about Modern. But I must say I would love to see a RG or Naya midrange come together (although I don't see how it could be competitive against the speed of the format). I like the idea of T1 Birds, T2 3CMC creature, T3 Arlinn. Sounds like a fun curve. But as you're indicating, if she is a 2 of, the odds of that happening consistently are almost non-existent.
I also agree that she is overpriced in monetary terms. But I am happy to see her price drop so I can pick up a bunch of copies for funsies.
