Lazav is absolutely in love with Startled Awake. I need a foil like..NOW. Repeatable mill for a decent cost to card ratio that provides a small, evasive body (a bit of a theme in my deck). Yeah, I dig it.
None of the other spoilers do much for me. Most of them are cards we've already seen (I prefer the normal art for the mist, even if I like the vampire side more on the promo), and of the ones that are new the only one I think is really notable is not-Vindicate.
I really like that you can achieve delirium off of a single use of Sinister Concoction, if you get lucky with your mill or discard. My only question is: do you have to pick the card you're going to discard before you get a chance to see what you milled?
Also, while it's a bit too expensive (I wish that Startled Awake's activation was a bit less!), the fact that they made a sorcery/creature flip card is really REALLY cool. This is the kind of expansion on existing mechanics that I hope/expect to see when they come back, not half-assed attempts like the pitiful returning mechanic that was rebound in Dragons...
I can't see Startled Awake being a major player in Standard for two reasons:
First, there are two counterspells with the exile clause floating around (in fact, with all of the graveyard matters stuff in SOI, Void Shatter will probably be the 3 mana counterspell of choice in Standard).
Second, you may inadvertently activate your opponent's Delirium triggers.
Also, if some kind of self-mill strategy becomes a thing, expect to see Inverter of Truth in mainboards.
Draft my cube! (630 cards)

Also, the activated ability of Sinister Concoction looks really weird to me with "Pay", "Put", "Sacrifice" and "Discard" all capitalized.
I want the art from that promo Angel of Deliverance on a playmat, stat.
BChainer, Dementia Master(Big Mana/Reanimator)
BRRakdos, The Showstopper (Mass Life Loss/Ramp)
BUThe Scarab God (Zombie Tribal/Control)
BWKarlov of the Ghost Council (Life Gain)
BGJarad, Golgari Lich Lord (Stompy/Dredge)
BRGProssh, Skyraider of Kher (Tokens/Non-infinite Combo)
Will a mill deck be viable? 13 cards milled for 4 mana does seem like a decent rate.
I'm having a hard time seeing these mythics as powerful players in a new standard format myself.
Cool cards though, dripping with flavor.
Sinister Concoction: ... the only thing missing is something like on Knight of the Hokey Pokey.
Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)
This is exactly the kind of thing I want to see from Mythics. I'm tired of tournament Mythics, keep that stuff at Rare IMO.

The only hoop is discarding a card really, in which this card is Murder that enables Madness.
