The untapped land in this picture is at low resolution, but enough of the word spacing is intact to know that it says "Land" with no subtypes on the type line, "CARDNAME enters the battlefield tapped", "T: Add W or B to your mana pool", followed by flavor text.
Between the art and the card text, no existing card is consistent with this, so the obvious conclusion is that SOI will bring an enemy-color cycle of lands to complement the Meandering River cycle from just last set.
[UPDATE 3/11] Now revealed in full as part of an update for Magic Duels.
Why not print "~ comes into play tapped. You may discard a non-land card from your hand and have ~ enter the battlefield untapped. T:add whatever"
A recent Sam Stoddard article talked about how they wanted to create a cycle that was simple, plane-agnostic, and reprintable anywhere they wanted some basic fixing.
You have to see those as fill material for Limited, nothing else. Khans needed those kinds of lands at common because it was a 3-color set, now uncommon is sufficient. Nothing to get exited about, but it's not made to be.
I would be really surprised to see these at common in SOI. Innistrad is mostly an allied colour plane. Yes we had the enemy lands in in INN but they were at rare. Unless there is significant support for Enemy colour draft archetypes these cards are mostly dead picks.
As of rotation the manabase is Enemy creature lands, Allied battle lands, Enemy Pain lands, Allied tap lands. So there's not a driving need for one set or the other (though enemy pairs at uncommon would help for budget players)
I'm surprised they don't have some sort of extra ability, like mill one, or investigate or something. Tap lands with no abilities are very boring, effective, but boring.

Yeah, I get that. But scrylands are so much more fun to play with even in the context of limited/casual. Wonder if they really thought it would increase power level too much.
Would it have screwed up Limited or upset the balance of the game to make these scrylands instead? Maybe at Uncommon?
They're resetting the land power level, it's something they feel they have to do. Plus, for this cycle it was a long time coming. It was necessary like 15 years ago.

Life is a beautiful engineer, yet a brutal scientist.
The thing you're noticing isn't new. Duels puts same-color lands together when tapped even if they're not the same lands. So say you have 4 Simic Guild Gates and 2 Hinterland Harbors. When you tap all of them, they'll be overlayed and look like you have six Harbors.
In the image the same must have happened with Isolated Chapel and Ohrzov Guild Gate and the new land.
Caught me off guard the first time I noticed it too.

Something like that. Also appears to be common, rather than uncommon like the OGW cycle. A little hard to tell, but still a good catch by the op.
For one thing, because "Scoured Barrens" doesn't mesh with the established geography of Innistrad.

it seems there is 5 times the same land on the battlefield ... ?
the image seems cutted, there is a colorless land too:
its nice that he plays Shadows of the Past too ;P
Interested to see the Red/White varient. I'm calling at least 3 insane angels in the art.
I won't be surprised if they do make a land like that but it probably wouldn't be a cycle. It would most likely be a rare or mythic, like Mirrorpool.
Reanimate sucks cause it needs cards like Entomb to work.

Shards of Alara Block didn't have a rare cyle of lands.
Okay, so only 14 out of the last 15 and the last 7.

Sometimes the designers/developers just want some limited/casual fixing and not better lands for constructed.
