Edit - Superfluous post, content originally covered here.
I found these two over at MythicSpoiler.com. Unfortunately, I can't find where MythicSpoiler found them. The images are super grainy, too.
Markov Dreadknight 3BB
Creature - Vampire Knight (Rare)
Flying 2B, Discard a card: Put two +1/+1 counters on Markov Dreadknight. The destruction of Markov Manor made the surviving members of the bloodline more dangerous.
3/3
Flameblade Angel 4RR
Creature - Angel (Rare)
Flying
Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to you or a permanent you control, you may have Flameblade Angel deal 1 damage to that source's controller. "You must pay for your sin in blood."
4/4
Modern:
Affinity
Naya Burn
Merfolk
White Blue Midrange
Boggles
Grixis Delver
Esper Control(It's semi playable, believe it or not! Dont bring it to a tourny you care about winning though)
Markov Dreadnight does enable Madness very consistently. It might just constructed play. It don't expect it to make a big splash and especially not in modern/legacy/vintage, but I think it has a not-insignificant chance in standard Madness decks.
Intro pack rares. Nothing to see here. Like almost every intro pack rare ever, they cost a billion mana, they lose to sorcery speed removal, and they can't win the game by themselves.

I would be downright shocked if this were the case. We've already seen at least two better madness enablers than this doofus, and we still have most of the set to spoil.
