A plus ability that ponders, a minus ability that is a better thoughtseize and an ulti that wins you the game for 3 mana? Gotto say I'm somewhat disbelieveing.
EDIT:
In this state this would pretty much be the most busted planeswalker to date. A 3 mana planeswalker that has 2 abilities to generate card advantage. The plus one gives you one of the better cantrips, the minus gives you something better than the best discard spells and the ulti is just icing on the cake that happens to win you the game.

This is the same guy that spoiled things that turned out legit so ill believe this for now
But he was also wrong on the GB land in OGW (said it became a 3/3 for 2 mana and had regen).
OblivionedOne clearly has legit sources, but I wouldn't take everything he says as gospel, especially when the card seems busted (seriously, compare that to Jace Beleren who was a solid planeswalker, and this one just blows him out of the water)
I think it's safe to close this as a fake unless Tippycraft is a seer.
It wouldn't be the first time. When One spoiled the BFZ duals, his thread was originally locked because someone in spec or baseless spec had pondered (pun intended) the possibility of such a land being printed. Guess what? As it turns out, sometimes people who don't work for Wizards come up with ideas similar to the ones that R&D does.

It actually surprised me that this was posted because I clearly stated on posts I made it lol when peoples shared it. I had to make a account on here to tell the OG I made it. At first I thought a real blue black Jace was spoiled till I read the effects. But yes it's not a real card and no he didn't hear it from the same guy that leaked info before that was correct.
"Battlelands" already don't make sense because unless the other 5 are printed in "Ravnica the Third: Battle for Jace's Head" or something, "battle" means impressively nothing.
