Also it can be seen as a type of path to exile that does not mana ramp for twice the cost, with a chance to get multi creatures. instead of mana ramping it give opponent a chance to draw a card for each creature instead. Seems like it could be a pretty decent card, good White removal for sure.
As a bonus if your opponent has a bunch of say soldier or goblin tokens on the field, you can easily get rid of them all without your opponent getting anything in return, as they can only investigate for each non token creature exiled, but you can still target a token creature.
I like this better in a way that your opponent has to pay some cost to draw a card. They used to get immediate payoffs like Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Oblation, etc. I'm of course, not talking about power level.
Here's your Doom Blade, ladies and gentlemen. This is strong. At rare too? Damn they are looking to affect the secondary market quickly when this set releases. It's just the tool I was looking for in my U/W Control deck.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
So...maybe this is going out on a limb, but I think this is maybe what Modern needs to help combat the Eldrazi menace? I mean since its white its usefulness is limited some, but any deck playing white can use this to clear the dreaded turn 1 eye, mimic, mimic (+a third mimic?)?

Honestly, that's about as useful as Pyroclasm (in a different color) and I don't think Pyroclasm is touted as the anti-Eldrazi tech of any sort. Sure it's loads better if you manage to drag the game as it can get rid of the larger Eldrazi as well, but not really against the particular scenario you stated and honestly that advantage it has is marginal since the Eldrazi focus on speed.

I get that, but if you're on the play, they turn 1 that, you pop that out and get rid of them for good. Also, pyroclasm has limited usefulness mid-game against Eldrazi when they start jamming 4/4s and 5/5s. This can fill a slot for path to grab potentially 2 or more creatures in a go for 1w of any toughness.
Between this and the spider that can block 8 creatures with flying, I'd say that we can expect some pretty pushed Spirit token generators. They must be good if they felt the need to print mainboardable hosers like this.

Very happy that this amazing artwork found a really good card. I can see this card be played in top tier decks.
