ehm, the next set is called eldritch moon, in the story we're hunting for emrakul, emrakul left zendikar, you see tentacles , what do you need to confirm it?
Emrakul, basically. That's what confirm means. Right now, it's just suspicions. Heavily implied, for some almost a certainty, but nothing is currently concrete.
I'd call that image with the 'highlighted' extra parts shopped.. (quite skillfully done though, capitalizing on existing weird parts of the low-res art and obscuring merged edges with the red markings)
In the in the opening post, the 'eyes' look like a curl of the boy's hair and a bloodstain on the girl's chest.
Also the 'tentacles' seem to be bloodstains and quillings of that renaissance clothing mostly...

That's a blurry background image dude. It's not distinctly, very clearly Emrakul. Could be a piece of Markov Manor being flung at Gavony. Could be Marit Lage. Could be a gathering of evil spirits. Could be a really weird cloud.
I'm not against the Emrakul theory, nor anyone that believes it. I'm just saying I don't consider the evidence enough at the moment to be certain of anything.
Madness? Man, I thought that was like suspend. It's easy to grok, but hard to translate into legalese.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
That's what I thought. But let's see what we have:
- The glaring disappearance of an Eldrazi Titan (the most iconic too) from BFZ
- The fact that they can't bring Emrakul back, say, in 3 years, since people would've forgot/it'd be too weird and out of nowhere
- This mysterious extra appendages/tentacles/faces seem to be the Eldrazi who corrupts biology's work
- The set after SOI il called freakin' ELDRitch moon
Everything points out to the return of the titan.
But that defeats the point of the mystery theme throughout these blocks.
Are they pulling a red herring or will it be like a "I knew it from the start but it didn't seem/had to be plausible for reasons" situation?
It's also important to note that while trapping the Eldrazi titans on Zendikar 6,000 years ago, Nahiri learned how to "lure" the titans to a specific plane through her lithomancy. She could very well be doing that as we speak.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
Thinking about it, it actually makes sense as Lovecraft style of works on meta level. Even when presented with lots of evidence the characters refuse to believe in the things beyond the veil up until the very end, because they are scared to face the sanity crushing realty of the universe. Same here, even if it's really obvious that shadow over Innistrad is Emrakul we still cling to our foolish hope and refuse to believe, grasping at the straws that it's just collars and weird clouds, because we know that putting Eldrazi on Innistrad would suck and cling the comfyness of storylines of old. They actually pulled unforgiving realty of cosmos on us, the real painful way.
As your beloved flavor of Innistrad is ruined by the stupid crossover you hear the laughter in the background
It seems like a fairly solid card. 4/3 haste for 3 is pretty busted and negating a discard is also very good, but without enabling it's pretty bad. I'm a big fan of high risk high reward cards.

Also we knew we'll be getting emrakul in innistrad right after bfz (if we say that the other eldrazis are dead)
unless if we get the "eldrazi not dead" and kozilek's avatar is reincarnated in inni..

No, I think ellipses can be added in paint easily enough.
But if you're being serious I'll point out that the high-res without any ellipses looks exactly the same.
