I am not familiar with Conspiracy and its reprints. So I only have one question: Is there a chance that I finally get my Berserk reprint after Eternal Masters let me down?
If it's not on the reserved list, it's possible. But I wouldn't hold my breath, it's a $95 card with narrow applications that might be overpowered in limited.
I think Berserk would make a good mythic. They put it in a vault already so reprinting it is not taboo. Its actually a great multi-player card as you can Berserk opponents creatures who are attacking other opponents for hilarious mega-value. It'll sell some packs at the least which wotC would like.
Though a limited environment catered towards multiplayer might be a better place for a card like that than a limited environment made for 1v1 play; that might lend to it being a card better suited for Conspiracy reprint than Eternal Masters.
In the first Conspiracy there were pre-Modern cards reprinted that had some secondary market value, most notably Exploration and Stifle. Both were ~$40 dollars in their original printings before the Conspiracy reprint announcement. Nothing in Berserk's weight class got reprinted.
Berserk is not overpowered in a multiplayer format where the games have 4 people. So you sacrifice a potentially really good creature to kill one person and then there are still 2 others to contend with. Doesn't sound good to me. As for a one on one limited environment, it would be a glass cannon type card as you can get super blown out by playing it although I doubt WotC would ever reprint berserk into standard as it seems way too easy to just kill someone way too quickly, especially if you draw double berserk you're dealing 10+ real fast.
Misdirection was also pushing $40 when it got reprinted in original conspiracy and tanked hard. Berserk reprint could happen, though I wouldn't bet on it I guess as WotC probably thinks a card like berserk belongs in EMA 2. Berserk also doesn't seem to fit in conspiracy in terms of flavor at all.

Well, in multiplayer, you don't Berserk your own creature (it can target any creature). You get one of your opponent's creatures to likely whomp another one of your opponents really hard and lose his biggest creature when that's done.
I still think the power level is tolerable, but your summary above really misses how this card would be used in multiplayer magic. It's a great "let's you and him fight" scenario - you make one opponent hurt and another opponent loses a fatty.
There were 12 cards in the first Conspiracy that specifically referred to what to do when you draft it. The set was made to be drafted, not played as sealed. A card like Lurking Automaton isn't especially good (a 0/0 creature for 5, sign me up!) in an environment where cards aren't drafted.
I don't expect they've changed that philosophy for this set either (if they had, they'd probably have announced it by now - word is even those few places that will be having prerelease will be running it as drafts).
Every time WOTC releases a character that isn't a straight, cis, white male people always acknowledge that they're being inclusive to appeal to the minority of players. Realistically they're being inclusive with every character that isn't an overweight, unkempt white male with glasses or a super skinny white male with a speech impediment and a social disorder.
Since it happened in the Kaya thread as well, here's a warning for everyone: Avoid the whole race/sexism discussion in here please, take it to Discussion & Debate if you really feel like taking it that way.

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
As long as I get my Land Tax (because cities charge taxes), I don't mind the rest of the set's content.
I take that back, I hope for new Will of the Council and Parley cards. This would also be a chance to print foil versions of some of the Commander-only cards, like Tempt with Discovery; the Tempting Offers, the Join Forces, and the offerings all make for interesting options in a game.
Regardless of final content, I am likely to buy a box or three, just like last time.
Cheers!

So how will shops make the matches and the standings for conspiracy? Just one match FFA? Or 1vs1 matches like in normal draft?
I believe you're supposed to draft it in a normal 8man pod. After the draft, the pod is then split into two subpods, which then each play a FFA. I'm not completely certain though.

So if 2 ally then split the prize?... unfair.
Sounds like a Conspiracy.

MTGSalvation; Where the whining is a time honored tradition, and enjoying the game is trolling.
A lot of shops will do every person that you eliminate is worth X amount of boosters (usually 2 at the ones I've played) and the person that wins gets a few more.
And I don't think they would DQ for collusion for this because you can make alliances right at the table anyway (i won't attack you until he's gone, etc.)
Yeh, prizing makes things strange. At a Conspiracy event I went to, there were 15 players - two pods, four games, and the winner of each game in a 4 man final. I wound up placing second because there was a dominant player and I realized he was going to roll us all (in an order of his choosing, likely me first) soon enough so I took out another lesser player. With no prizing on the line I'd surely have tried to mount a likely-futile alliance against top dog, but to do so here would have risked the prize drop off from 2nd to 3rd so wasn't worth it.
The same situation would also have happened in a prizes-per-elimination scenario as described above. I had the opportunity to eliminate a player, and that would be preferable prizewise to not doing so even if it is a player I really should align with as a longshot for a comeback.
That would be collusion and leads to a DQ, doesn't it? BTW: Collusion buster
To the best of my knowledge and research, the word collusion does not appear on any rules documents. So you are completely allowed to collude when it comes to game strategy. The only thing you are not allowed to do is offer or accept incentives in return for a match result. "Lets work together and then split the prizes at the end" is not requesting that a player concede the match in exchange for prizes, only that between them it wont matter who wins because the prizes will be split evenly.

Collusion does appear, it is trivial to find in the magic tournament rules (http://www.wizards.com/contentresources/wizards/wpn/main/documents/magic_the_gathering_tournament_rules_pdf1.pdf). Collusion happens outside of game matches regarding the forced outcome of a game match, however. In a multiplayer scenario, collusion, as defined by the tournament rules, wouldn't apply. Politicking is a valid strategy in multiplayer games of magic, and completely IN GAME deals are legit.
Now, if you say "I'll give you one of my prize packs if you let me kill you or you concede" that probably would be covered under collusion by the tournament rule.
5.2 Collusion and Bribery
The decision to drop, concede, or agree to an intentional draw cannot be made in exchange for or influenced by
the offer of any reward or incentive. Making such an offer is prohibited. Unless the player receiving such an offer
calls for a judge immediately, both players will be penalized in the same manner.
Players are allowed to share prizes they have not yet received in the current tournament as they wish and may
agree as such before or during their match, as long as any such sharing does not occur in exchange for any game
or match result or the dropping of a player from the tournament. As an exception, players in the announced last
round of the single-elimination portion of a tournament may agree to divide tournament prizes as they wish. In
that case, one of the players at each table must agree to drop from the tournament. Players are then awarded prizes
according to their resulting ranking.
The result of a match or game may not be randomly or arbitrarily determined through any means other than the
normal progress of the game in play. Examples include (but are not limited to) rolling a die, flipping a coin, arm
wrestling, or playing any other game.
Players may not reach an agreement in conjunction with other matches. Players can make use of information
regarding match or game scores of other tables. However, players are not allowed to leave their seats during their
match or go to great lengths to obtain this information.
Players in the single-elimination rounds of a tournament offering only cash and/or unopened product as prizes
may, with the permission of the Tournament Organizer, agree to split the prizes evenly. The players may end the
tournament at that point, or continue to play. All players still in the tournament must agree to the arrangement.
Example: Before the semifinals of a tournament (in which first place gets 12 packs, second place gets 8 packs and
3rd and 4th get 4 packs each) begins, the players may get permission from the Tournament Organizer to end the
tournament, with each player receiving 7 packs.
Example: In the finals of a 1-slot Pro Tour Qualifier that offers a travel award and an invitation to the winner, the
two finalists may agree to split the tournament prizes, but this agreement cannot alter the results of the match. One
player must drop from the tournament, leaving the travel award and the invitation to the player who did not drop
from the tournament. That player is then free to split the remainder of the prizes as agreed upon. The travel award
and invitation are a single item and may not be split.
Daretti is back! Take a look at those gorgeous mutton chops and around the waistline, where the packaging appears to have that front piece of Daretti's conveyance.
Did anyone else notice the blister packs on the packaging page today? Although the page says that they announced this with the set, but I can't find a reference to this anywhere else. It's significant because it would seem that these are destined to be sold at big box retailers (why would LGS's need to sell these when they have booster boxes?).

Maybe for small group of players. Like if there are only 6 people willing to play draft, they can pick 6 of these and maybe some prize for the draft rather than pay the full box ( sometimes they can do it without the prize too)

I definitely recall them saying somewhere that these will be available in stores like Wal-Mart and Target, but I can't find the original place that says it either. I think it might've been lost in the switch-up from Reign of Brago; Empty Throne; Take the Crown.

My hope is Oversold Cemetery and Gratuitous Violence, but I do agree about green Kamahl and Flusterstorm, no reason that should have been left out of EMA.
