I agree, the art looks most like Selvala, Explorer Returned (for a closer view of her face look at Secrets of Paradise). Though I suppose it could also be Marchesa, the Black Rose without her makeup on. If they only pulled back a little more so we could see the ears of the ghost killer in this new art...

Look at the hair on the full art. Both Marchesa and Selvala are pale with straight hair. The woman in that image appears to have a darker skin tone and curly hair, likely a black woman.
Mind games are just too fitting to not do this time around. Finally, WotC does something I like.
This implies that you've been a member of this board for 7 years, and probably a Magic player for longer, and never liked anything Wizards has done in that time.
I can't imagine that's the message you meant to convey.
Mind games are just too fitting to not do this time around. Finally, WotC does something I like.
I spent want to long trying to figure out how the card Mind Games was tied to Conspiracy 2 before I figured that Autocard Anywhere has fooled me again.
If you try to save the image on the Twitter feed you'll see the file name is Cb6cK5rW8AAHyNt
I'm not good at codes, but I was here the last time Conspiracy broke, with the phone call, cipher etc. Dollars into doughnuts has me thinking this is another code. Too random not to be.

I didn't know Brago was such an integral part of Conspiracy's story to warrant him being the obvious focal point of this sequel. Then again, I didn't know too much about the over-arching story of Conspiracy.
I ran the image file name through a cipher breaker on the net found here, http://quipqiup.com/index.php and got what looks like some words for sure.

The way the breaker works is the first phrase is the most probable solution, and the 2nd is the next probable and so on. So while it looks like a bigger message it can only be 1 of the possible answers. Still, the first solution saying "Ag6aI5n L8OOKs TheRED3 tO i6m" seems like a message for sure. Having looking appear in the 2nd best answer with a different cipher seems to imply looking is a valid word. Where to look? That's what we need to solve.

COOL I CAN'T WAIT TO... not draft this because everyone else will want to draft eternal masters and shadows over innistrad or whatever.
look i loved the first conspiracy, i did, but my problem with it isn't the design of it, its not who the product is intended for, its over saturation of the market with product vomit out over the summer months.
right now i don't draft, right now i don't play standard, right now i barely play magic because i don't like the current block. this is something i have to suffer through until june. basically, i've had to go all winter on two set releases and a mediocre commander product. then, this summer, i get 3 months of being pounded in the ass by sets. set ontop of set without any time to really enjoy them because the next one just gets shoved up there too. not enough time to really play with the cards before the next release, not enough time to really save to buy product either, while the winter months see almost nothing.
yes, all of these are aimed at different people but the fact of it is that when it comes to draft nights at the shop - any shop - its whatever is newest the majority of the time.
its kind of horse ***** to have this sort of release schedule.
I didn't know Brago was such an integral part of Conspiracy's story to warrant him being the obvious focal point of this sequel. Then again, I didn't know too much about the over-arching story of Conspiracy.
Everything we saw for Conspiracy last time seemed to be more about backstory for the plane.
Introducing Marchesa, and her widespread information network, and all the power through backstabbing she attempts, plus the mind games.
Introducing Muzzio, and his tireless search for information, his desire to be head of the organization (Academy, I forget the specifics), and his widespread machine network making blackmail super easy.
Selvala and Brago's friendship while both alive, Selvala for the low country, Brago for the high city, both trying to make things less crap since Brago was king.
All of that going to hell thanks to the Custodi Council turning Brago into what was initially a puppet, then attempting to make him nothing more than a permanent dead guy in charge, then him countering that with an alteration to their ritual that made him "King Eternal" as a ghost, going crazy, throwing Selvala in prison.
Selvala deciding to kill Brago since he's crazy, meeting Grenzo, and Grenzo letting her go on the terms that she make some chaos, because that's where Grenzo is in charge.
That's all a really, really basic summary, but as a plane about political power and intrigue, the High King tends to be an important dude, and that's all ya really need to take away from the thing.
In the news regarding Brago's seeming double death: The King is Dead. Long live the King.

So far it sort of seems like a supplemental block. First set is to introduce the setting, second set is about the conflict. In this case, it's who will take the seat of power.
I looked at the set title file name and saw what you pulled up. More gibberish. Curious I went and looked at file names for recently announced Eldritch moon and Eternal Masters, and they both had nonsense file names making me wonder if I'm just making a mountain out of an anthill here.
Prob is, the cipher is spitting back non random words. Community. Looking. I swear the set title returned the word king but it's hard to check again now, I'm on my phone and the rest was done at work.
I wouldn't put it past WOTC to have something hidden again though. The original conspiracy puzzle was super intricate but through the crowdsourcing here and at a few other places, it got cracked in a day or two with a construct preview card to show for it. Was really cool experience to watch it unravel.
Be interesting to see what shows up tomorrow.

I believe quipquip is looking for exact solutions and, failing that, sends back several things that approximate words. It can make a mathematical argument that some part of the ciphertext is kinda-sorta like "community" with higher likelihood than some other possibilities, but I would discard that solution because there are three other letters (represented with numbers) mixed in.
Originally, of course, but the form of the giant skeleton with a sword and shield is from WC3 Campaign mode, and then branded Leoric by Icefrog. My Blizzard knowledge runs deep
