The guys claims that the entire eternal masters list is available to some vendors. Yet he has not released the list. Where is the list of cards?
The whole thing is that the vendors will profit from seeing the list. Also, what would he gain by making the list publicly available and is it worth incriminating himself?

It would defeat what he is trying to accomplish if he released the list. Also, I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to release the list right now with this "catching leakers" topic/tweet being so highly visual and popular. But, stupidity knows no bounds.
He says he'll upload the screenshots once WOTC "Confirms that they can do something". He's also holding off bc he wants to stay anonymous and apparently the screenshots won't allow him to.
Why would you post a link that proves you wrong? There's no "security" involved in buying and selling Magic cards, just orders and delivery of physical goods.
WOTC has officially responded to some of my leaked screenshots. We're going to nail at least 1 of these vendors.
...
30+screenshots were sent out to multiple parties last night confirming their guilt. After talking w/ multiple WOTC ppl, we are working on it
...
These screenshots involve multiple vendors confirming seeing cards in MM2015 months before release, as well as Eternal Masters.
Are these pics available somewhere?
"I obviously will not be releasing screenshots yet, as that implicates who I am/ who I shared them with. Gotta give WOTC time
Why do y'all think Wizards gives a ****? They're the ones who gave the vendors the list in the first place? So the foul up as far as WOTC will be concerned is that the vendor got caught, and only that.
If Wizards didn't want stuff like this to happen, they would just release the spoilers on announcement. They don't do that though because they're as crooked as the vendors. It's a multinational corporation for crying out loud. I've said it many times Magic is the best game and hobby I've ever found, but WOTC is a terrible company.
He posted a screenshot of something but I foolishly refreshed, anyone catch it?
Him e-mailing them a link (entitled WOTC Screenshots or some such) and apologizing for being late about it, some bloke at Wizards saying responding "thank you, we'll look into it". That's what I recall, anyway.
You may want to take some time to actually understand the words in links you post. Because what you posted actually agrees with me and proves you wrong. Here's a quote:
"Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security."
So to break it down, in order for Insider Trading to be applicable, you need the following required elements:
1. A security
2. being bought or sold
3. a fiduciary duty
4. breach of the fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence
5. while in possession of; a. material, b. nonpublic information about the security
A security is an item like a stock or a bond. Magic cards are not securities. A fiduciary duty is also a legal term that does not typically apply in a wholesale vendor relationship. Therefore you fail to meet elements 1, 3, 4, and 5. And 2, actually, since the item being bought and sold needs to be a security. So you haven't met a single element.
So thank you for providing a link that proves me right.
On my phone and can't link to his post, but he just posted a link to the mothership. Wotc confirms that someone has gotten ahold of the entire Eternal Masters list. Deep throat is legit.

EDIT: Aaaaaand it's gone. Nothing too interesting, anyways. Just an email from WOTC's attorney thanking him with his name covered.
Didn't know if his leak had been leaked.
That said, who should play @Vendorleaks in the upcoming Oscar drama about all this? I vote Jeremy Renner
They'll cast Jim Parsons, because reasons.
No one will watch.
Edward SnowDen Protector?
dang, that's all I've got.
heh he'll be playing with Russian-language cards for the rest of his life

Looks like we're past the point of WotC banning people... Sounds like a felony to me.
I dunno, if you ask me, proxies are the real issue here...
/sarcasm
That doesn't really sound like much.
So, Colin Kawakami is following vendorleak. That is of no consequence at all.
Breathe out.
Let your passion give you strength for the task at hand... And let the bashing begin!

You are also wrong. Perhaps you should in fact invest in a degree in economics or law so you can inform yourself a bit better.
