I really like this one. Quite efficient, and I expect it to shine once it has more favorable matchups on the ground (Tasigurs and Rhinos are holding it back right now) The modern Eldrazi deck will get a kick out of casting this on turn 2, disrupting the opponent, and setting up their processing shenanigans.
This is very good. Much better than giving them back the card. Also makes blinking it (Eldrazi Displacer) much better, as you keep flicking away their best card.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

oh crap. officially not selling eldrazi lands yet.
Similar effect, very different card. Clique is an evasive, tricky threat that's great for making sure your opponent doesn't have anything too problematic or finding you something you need. This card is a blunt instrument that wants to come out as soon as possible and make your beatsticks unstoppable.
I don't think it can be cast off of just Eye + Urborg, right? Eye reduces the generic cost, but doesn't provide colorless. I think you'll need an Eldrazi Temple in there somewhere to live the T2 dream.
My first thought: A "fixed" Vendilion Clique. Not a bad place to be.

the delayed draw is nice, but the lack of flash is rough. i look forward to picking this in mtgo cubes.

But this guy is colorless and has a bigger body.
Pros:
-Seals the card advantage until it dies.
-4/4 body
-Easier color investment than double blue.
Cons:
-1 more mana
-No evasion
-No flash.
The last two are incredibly relevant issues in decks that want to play Clique, but the first pro is a big one. Definitely a big contender.
Edit: Also note that you can use Clique on yourself, which is a correct play more than zero times.

Today's feature article mentions that there are creatures in Oath that produce colorless, most of them in blue or black.
