Strangler is one of the weird ones that is on ETB, not on cast.
The one thing that disappoints me is that it's not able to flicker itself. I suppose having "2C: Blank any removal targeting this" would probably be too strong though

I nearly thought this was "true colorless" until I realized the collector's number didn't fit in with its name, then looked at the casting cost.
Flavorwise, I guess Kozilek's brood is also capable of distorting something through dimensions (blinking), so Kozilek is officially ahead of Ulamog by 1 color unless there's a White-Costed Eldrazi of Ulamog's brood in this set.
Card seems decent. 3/3 for 3 is already good stats, and the flicker effect that can be used on any creature is sweet. Kills hangarback walker for days.
