Where are you guys getting all this from? From the first Commander release (see Planar Chaos dragons) to last year's release (see Tuk Tuk), alternate commanders have been a mix of rare and mythic (in regards to their original printings).
the red deck's alternate commander was Bosh. Tuk Tuk was a legend that just happened to be in the deck. Tuk Tuk has to die so he makes a bad commander.

I know this is the 4th time you've been quoted. I just wanted to point out that mythic rares didn't become a thing until Shards of Alara block. Any rares legendary creatures printed before then could easily be upgraded to mythic rares just like vendilion clique. So I think there is still a pretty good chance teysa orzhov scion might be upgraded (though since her older counterpart wasn't a mythic that might not be the case for this particular card.)

Oh whatever, they were both originally printed a rare and reprinted in Commander at rare. My point stands. Just because Gisela was originally printed at mythic and is being reprinted in Commander at mythic HAS NO BEARING WHATSOEVER on what else will be printed at what rarity. Sure, all the reprinted alternate Commanders MAY end up having been print originally at mythic, but it would just be coincidence.
To clarify:
The original Commander release had all five reprinted alternates (the Planechase dragons) at rare, who were all originally at rare.
The Commander 2013 release had three mythic reprint alternates (Grixis, Naya and Esper) and two rare alternates (Bant and Jund), all at the same rarity in C13 as their original printings.
The Commander 2014 release had four rare alternates (W,B,R and G decks) which were rare in their original printings, with the blue deck having a mythic alternate, which was the same rarity of its original printing.
So far, none of the alternates have changed rarity (even the ones that came before the mythic rarity even existed) and the only release to have a consistent pattern or cycle was the very first Commander release.
So why would anybody come to the conclusion that one alternate from C15 that appears at mythic for this set, as well as being mythic upon he first printing, would have anything to do with the rarities (original printings or C15 reprints) of this Commander release?
Also, @Victor Sant, can you try and construct your posts in a readable fashion. The first sentence in your post quoted above reads like a statement, but has a question mark at the end, which is likely the reason the rest of us read it as a statement instead of a question, which the second sentence in your post makes it sound like.
Would really like this, though to tell the truth I'd much rather liked we get a new card for Selenia, than one more Obzedat card in Karlov. It kinda makes you feel the only way WB can exist in the multiverse is undead mafia style (this includes Athreos who charges for eternal rest and Sorin who may not be undead but is certainly sicilian about how much he cares for his family and how little he cares for everything else).

Anyway, if they do rares on this cycle the only other commander that might have a chance is Teysa (both ones, although i'm more inclined to Orzhov Scion) i doubt they would put Ghost Council of Orzhova and Karlov of the Ghost Council together. And i don't think they would put Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter and i really hope that they're not stupid to put Triad of Fates
