Daybreak Reclaimer: Very political. I appreciate that you only have to bring the cards back if you like what your opponent chooses for you, which they are more likely to do if you choose something good in their graveyard. And of course you can always find a way to twist that to your advantage.
A GU deck with Elves and Snakes simply had to have Coiling Oracle, it's too perfect.
I get the feeling Gisela alone will sell a lot of RW decks.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Rules question on the Angel. Would you get a creature back if you have one in your yard but your opponent doesn't?
Yes.
Why? You did not choose a creature. That does not make sense to me.
The angel doesn't say "If your opponent does(give you a creature), then..." There is also no targeting of any kind happening before resolution, but I'm not sure if that matters. Imagine if a card told both players to search for a basic land out of their deck to put into play, but used the angel's "first you, then me" wording. Do you think you couldn't get a land if your opponent couldn't or wouldn't go get one?

Feel free to tell me yours!
Love the design on the angel: not super strong but plays well into the political aspect of EDH also has fantastic art.
The reprints are meh: nothing bad but nothing exciting either. I suppose some people will be happy about Gisela and it is cool that she got reprinted, I just don't need a copy and now the price is gonna tank (not a big deal but I'll have to take her out of money binder)

Gisela being the reprinted legendary means that all reprinted legendary will be mythic? If yes, then BW only have Athreos and Obzedat as possible legendaries reprint. And we already have Karlov of the Ghost Council as the other new legendary.
Seal of the Guildpact is pretty nice. Could be amazing in the right deck, probably Izzet ones.
My Momir Vig, Simic Visionary deck also loves these effects for making chains of creatures easier to cast.
I'll probably replace both Emerald Medallion and Sapphire Medallion with this.
It's definitely a plus that it can cheapen most of his underlings by 2

I believe you guys are wrong but for a different reason. Here's the wording
At the beginning of your end step, choose a creature card in an opponent's graveyard, then that player chooses a creature card in your graveyard. You may return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control.
There may not be an "if clause" but if you do not pick a creature then who is "that player" referring to? You didn't pick a creature therefore there's no specific opponent to pick a creature for you. Because of that I am pretty certain that you must pick a creature in order to get a creature.
However, the same does not apply to you. This is an edge case but if you had no creatures in your graveyard you could still give an opponent a creature without getting on in return. Not a lot of uses for that but I guess if your opponent is unlucky enough to have Phage the Untouchable in their yard, the Leyline of the Void they've had out there will not save them.
The angel asks you to choose a creature card in an opponents graveyard, then has that player make a choice. If you don't pick a creature card then you haven't picked an opponent either and there is no that player to choose one for you so you don't get anything.
If it said to pick an opponent then pick a creature card in that player's yard it would let you get something without giving anything, but as is I don't believe you get something without giving. The article implies this as well

(U/B) is :symbu: or :symub: and the same is true for the other 9 hybrid symbols with their two colors in for the last 2 leters of the code. ((2/B) and co are :sym2b:)
Alternatively {UB} or {2B} in [mana] tags are (U/B) or (2/B) T is :symtap: and T will give T in [mana] tags

Interesting, that means that we have only these as our possibilities:
As I read it, you must choose a creature card in any opponents graveyard, not a player. If you cannot choose a creature card in any opponents graveyard then the rest of the text is invalid.

Not necessarily- two years ago, that cycle was mixed Rares and Mythics (Sharuum the Hegemon vs. Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper, for example).

Where are you guys getting all this from? From the first Commander release (see Planar Chaos dragons) to last year's release (see Tuk Tuk), alternate commanders have been a mix of rare and mythic (in regards to their original printings).
Now, THAT is something I can get behind!
As if the effect didn't make it obvious enough,
the art makes it pretty clear which deck this will be in.

Yeah this pretty much allows for a one sided boardwipe. The card is so late game that having the archetype could happen.
It is a green wrath also for the angel what if you choose a player without one and you have a creature in your gy do you only get that creature?
