Eternal Witness that spreads the love, with added rattlesnake bonus. I could see playing it, the regrowth for an opponent can be used for political leverage at times.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Kind of an unfortunate wording that seems to allow the opponent to pick a card without targeting, and get around things like ground seal. Narrow, but goofy. Also pretty fun with leyline of the void.

If Ground Seal is in play, you can't put this ability on the stack since the only target (a card in your graveyard) can't be chosen. Oddly enough, this means that removing your target in response to the trigger will counter the entire ability and prevent an opponent from getting a card since you don't choose an opponent until resolution.
I do agree with the interaction with Leyline of the Void or any targeted grave hate. Scavenging Ooze all the good cards from an opponent's graveyard and then throw this down and give them the least threatening thing they have.
I think I will definitely find a use for this in Karador.

I play group hug, and I find this little guy amazing, I think I'm gonna swap my Eternal Witness out for it, basically the same thing, just it dose the same for my opponent....
An Eternal Witness that is group hug as well. This gives green even more recovery options. In addition, this guy is can easily fit in decks that are color hungry since it only requires 1 green mana.

This replaces Witness in my Riku deck. More relevant body with an easier casting cost, and less hate from various shenanigans as long as I "share the love" some.
At least it is uncommon and therefore should be in two decks.

Reanimate sucks cause it needs cards like Entomb to work.
