Sorry... I don't follow any of you here. Where's the announcement that they're "doing away" with PW duel decks? They've anyways seemingly staggered thematic/block flavor-based/guild duel decks with PW duel decks...

I agree, I see no official statements that say that they are doing away with them.
I wouldn't expect anything stronger/more expensive than Innocent Blood.
I wouldn't really expect anything even that strong, but hopefully they surprise us with something. Although to be fair Geist is a quite surprising, but having more than decent face cards needs to be here.
Honestly, all I want is for these decks not to be "Everything from the previous block it is from" like how Zendikar vs. Eldrazi was practically every card from Zendikar block they could fit in, which annoyed the hell out of me.

That is similar to how Event Decks and Clash Packs haven't quite been explained even though we are missing it at the moment.

Some new art on Innocent Blood would be nice twist in addition to the re-printing. I bet Bitterheart Witch will appear in this deck, just because of the fact that it fetches curses. It would be nice to see it.

Except for the part where IoK is from a different plane than the one being featured in this product..
Honestly, were there any standout uncommons from original Innistrad block? (And in the right colors..) Lingering Souls would probably be welcomed but 1) it might not fit, colorwise and 2) already got reprinted in the last Duel Decks. (Doesn't rule it out but just seems like it makes it less likely.) Come to think of it, same on Faithless Looting too. Hmmmm... Edit: I could definitely see them reprinting the Spirit Lord.
The demon is crap compared to Abyssal Persecutor, the apex black beatdown card.
Sure it doesn't have near the damage output by itself. But this card has much more synergy with other undercosted beatdown cards. Plus you can have multiples on the field. Having multiples is quite good. If your opponent starts messing with your grave you just drop another one and go back to town (if they completely exile your grave then hopefully you have a cheap spell or self mill card in hand).
But if you can't refill your grave Mindbreaker Demon is pretty bad. But I don't think thats too hard to do honestly.
I could possibly see it in some sort of BGx deck with Goyf and Tasigur as it fuels both of them.

It appears that Wizard isn't "cancelling" product lines as much as "pretending they never existed".
The Cursed deck will obviously favor lots of sacrifice effects accompanied by death triggers, Morbid abilities, and reanimation to contrast with Blessed's ETB theme. BR is a likely combination, though UB is possible as well since we just got a BR DD with Eldrazi. Since Blessed will have Angels as a major type, it's only logical that Cursed will have Demons to match them. Though Spirits are a major part of Blessed, I expect we'll see some in Cursed as well to represent the more malicious geists haunting Innistrad.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
I wouldn't expect anything stronger/more expensive than Innocent Blood.

Nah, it could be that they both exist, in the form of a mid year event deck release that includes planeswalkers in them. I complained how dumb set associated event decks were because they don't make use of the cards from the set they are associated with, and if they do, the event deck is sub par because it doesn't make use of cards from the older standard legal set. So maybe they listened to me, and made event decks a stand alone product, rather than a set associated product. Because the Event Deck, or Clash Pack is a stand alone product and not tied to any set, they are free to add in planeswalkers in the deck from the previous block. Let's say they release the event deck or clash pack in June. They can add any planeswalker from Dragons of Tarkir all the way to the latest set in the block.
Intro pack can still be set associated because the goal of the intro pack is to focus on set specific mechanics, rather than an overall theme.

I hope so, but they could just as easily do neither and not bother to release any canned decks outside of the set-based Duel Deck. Keeps people in the booster lotto or in the dealer's cases (both of which make more money for WotC than a $30 deck). That said, I hope you are right; I'd gladly pay a higher cost for an Event Deck once per year that is playable with minimal upgrades.
The announcement says "Shambling hordes of the dead roam free, their cemetery gates in ruins, as powerful Demons soar overhead". That sounds to me like it will most likely be mono black zombies with demons. Werewolves seems unlikely.

Traditionally the word curse(d) is thought to be something inflicted by supernatural power or something that has/or is already cursed. It already hints in the article about zombies and demons. But, the name could hint at other "cursed" things also, maybe even werewolves. Since they are also considered "cursed".
Here's a link on werewolves for a bit of reading if anyone's interested.

The duel deck is probably a team of perennial winners vs a team of perennial losers, despite both having the same work ethic. Hence Blessed vs Cursed.
To keep with the theme, I wouldn't be surprised if the Blessed deck always beat the Cursed deck, as if to make the user using the Blessed deck feel blessed, while the user using the Cursed deck feel cursed.
I really doubt Abyssal Persecutor is "too good for standard." I don't really remember seeing it in any decklists at all. It is an annoying drawback, though. I know because I tried it out quite a bit since I really like big dudes, especially when they're undercosted like 6/6 for 4 or something.

I guess you never really figured out how to use JTMS, then; UB control was a thing for about half a heartbeat.

He's BFF with LotV in Modern Deadguy and Legacy Mono-Black Stompy. And as mentioned, he did show up in Standard UB Control since Jace would unsummon him as soon as you were done.
I don't expect to see him in SOI since it's a Zendikar creature, or in BvC since it's mythic. I was just pointing out how WotC seems to have completely forgotten why black creatures get drawbacks. It's not so they can **** you over with minimal opponent effort like Mindbreak Demon, it's so that they can be as good as any if you build your deck with the drawback in mind like Abyssal Persecutor.
ISD demons had problematic but still workable drawbacks, mostly being your only creature or having Lingering Souls to feed them. This guy stands to kill you faster than you could kill your opponent.
Abyssal Persecutor still can't be THAT good considering it's not even worth a buck, with only one reprint in 7 years. Of course, even if the new demon isn't Persecutor, it still isn't Lord of the Pit whether it's constructed competitive or not. Really, we already got Inverter of Truth who would go in the same deck and would hose it anyway. It's ok to have lower powered cards sometimes.
Is it just me or does this demon card seem lackluster? Don't get me wrong, it's a cool card. But it feels more like a rare than a mythic rare. It doesn't really do anything all that exciting. And a 4/5 body for 4 mana seems awkward for a demon.

LotP was awesome in it's days of glory when the most common way to deal with it was gifting you 7 life through Swords.
Mindbreak is just bad.

Yes it's pretty crappy, it's not "dangerous but good", it's dangerous and bad.
