This confirms that the BG one is out and will show up in Oath, alongside either the RW or the UR one. The other is the last one in BFZ. I'm hoping for the Boros one.
UR got pushed to the end of Theros block and got screwed to hell and back in Ravnica block. Lets give Izzet something nice for once. Still hoping for 2UR: 2/2 flying loot on contact.
You guys seem to forget that we have Awaken in this set. They need to curb the stats of these things because of it. Imagine, Awaken 4 on this, activate and attack/block with a 6/7 lifelinker.
I've seen this sort of thing posted a lot in the past weeks, and I really must disagree with it. Sure, there will be times when Awaken on a Manland is the way to go... But the strength of Manlands is largely due to them being hidden from removal most of the time, only animating when the coast is reasonably clear. Awaken takes that defense away. Tap out to Awaken this guy, and I'll thank you while Ruinous Pathing it, glad that I've not only handled your Awaken but your potentially problematic Manland, too.

It's not that you always SHOULD do it, but that you CAN do it. It's really not that crazy of a thing to do, notably in standard, where most good removal is instant speed anyway.
UR got pushed to the end of Theros block and got screwed to hell and back in Ravnica block. Lets give Izzet something nice for once. Still hoping for 2UR: 2/2 flying loot on contact.
Considering it looks like they are reprinting Keyrunes on lands you should be okay. Although that one does conflict with the Innistrad enemy land cycle a little bit more than I'd like.
Not bad at all. Not colonnade or anything, but not bad. I have to say, though, the name made me expect the U/R manland, so I was a bit disappointed there :/

Agree. My money is on WR in this set to match those Ally creatures, BG and UR to sell the next set for modern players.
I'd be exited for the BG one, but I can't imagine it competes with Ravine and T-Village.

When I hit my 3000 post mark, I'm gone for good.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
I feel like this card was destined to be somewhat mediocre. Lifelink is just the low-hanging fruit on the ability tree when you think of black and white overlapping--and what P/T can you reasonably put on this without making it too good against Aggro?
colonnade: how about we give it vigilance, flying, and make it a 4/4 for 5mana? it even stays untapped so you can path!
vent: how about its a 2/3 with lifelink or something for 3.
Did you REALLY think they were going to give us something on the power levels of Colonnade, Ravine or Tar Pit?(granted the U/G one having hexproof is bound to end up being a mistake somewhere down the road)
Well since they aren't printing all of the enemy ones in BFZ, I assume there is gonna be an ally/enemy split and the allied manlands will be reprinted in BFZ and Oath.
As for the card itself, it is pretty mediocre. I expected it to cost 1WB to activate to make a 2/4 with lifelink, not a 2/3. Also, since when are vents black/white?

When used like that how is it different than any other pump though? Arguably that would be better since still can sometimes dodge removal and can hit other stuff. For that matter is putting counters on a creature at what has so far been pretty non aggressive costs so great you should limit the power of the targets? I mean did having bolster on a bunch of spells mean creatures should be weaker in recent sets?

I'd be surprised if we see the allied manlands. As much as I want to Tar Pit people, it just doesn't seem very likely.

You know how some players complain the game doesn't encourage enough decisions? Well this is an example of a decision. Awaken my manland and swing for bigger damage, or spread my sources out and maybe use a pump effect like Tajuru Warcaller to give my army a boost? The fact is, Awaken itself is a very risk-and-reward mechanic. You're taking the chance that someone will Ruinous Path your land by turning it into a permanent creature. That said, getting to swing with a 6/7 lifelink following a Sheer Drop or Ruinous Path of your own can be a very game-swinging move.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
its boring, i agree. but its cheap & lifelink can change things. Especially when activated more often. i would have loved it with +1 more Power. but its still good enough
Yep, that's the art I was referring to.
Unless they pull a Nissa and show us a card we aren't getting yet,
this will be in BFZ, and UR and BG will be in OGW.
And of course the BG one will be the best- when have they ever passed on a chance to show BG more love?

Again, I've not seen anywhere that there will be a 3/2 split.
They can either leave up mana to zap it weakening their Monastery Mentor considerably or they can just accept you will get to block their stuff and gain life while still being able to tap it for removal after blocks.

3 activation is a lot better than 4.
a 3 toughness creature killing red decks with acceess to instant speed 3 damage to creatures?
