Skyrider Elf: I briefly thought this was strictly worse than Nimbus Swimmer, but then I realized the Swimmer doesn't give you +1/+1 counters off the default GU, so not strictly worse. In fact, most of the time it's better since you get the two counter head start. Another beater for Vorel of the Hull Clade decks.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Emmisary is interesting, a cheap flying with a drain effect, Harold we now have a colorless mana reducer, Sifter has nice poltential, allies double strike can be game winning, nice to see a scaleable card based on the amount of mana.
Herald of Kozliek can serve as Etherium Sculptors 5 & 6 in Mondern Affinity if they don't run too many colored artifacts and don't mind a body that won't add +1/+0 too the power of Cranial Plating. It's still worse than the sculpter, but can increase consistency.
There are already Renowned Weaponsmith and Chief Engineer, not sure if you would want to go up to 3 mana for the more permanent effect of the Herald.
Still, pretty nice cards. Giving every Zendikari creature the ally type also means that an ally deck is much less on rails, way more flexibility!
Unlike all of those creatures, this one can't be taken out with Lightning Bolt.
I'm not sure I understand why Resolute Blademaster which grants an outrageously offensive ability (doublestrike) is uncommon while Lantern Scout which grants a typically defensive ability (lifelink) is rare.
Lifelink is good on offense too. It provides extra incentive to attack. You block my creature? I still gain life. And lifelink on high power creatures is ridiculously game-swinging; gaining enough life can put you out of your opponent's reach in Limited. Double strike can also be used defensively, especially well in tandem with multi-block like Brave the Sands.

Most likely because the body on Lantern Scout for its cost is considerably more reasonable, and Lifelink is in fact more aggressive than most people think. One of the biggest advantages to it is that it makes racing much harder for the opponent, and on a reasonably sized 3 drop, being able to win the tempo war on turns 3-5 is more powerful than maybe having the blow out attack on turns 5 or higher. Especially in a single colour.
This habit of using multicoloured cards to help define Limited archetypes is one I greatly enjoy. Big payoffs for playing multiple colours in Limited, which is a near necessity, are awesome. If I remember correctly, multicoloured cards are also among the most popular on a continual basis. I don't think that will ever change, as long as they're smart about using multicoloured cards in a set without a large multicoloured component tactfully. Limited archetype defining cards are, really, the perfect expression of this.
I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but I couldn't find it so thought I would ask. Has anyone thought of Herald of Kozilek in a Temur morph shell?
I'm not sure if it would work precisely, but when a morph creature is cast it's technically a colorless spell that costs 3, so I believe Herald would reduce that cost to 2, along with other morph support cards like Secret Plans and Trail of Mystery with the green morph cards we could get with Rattleclaw Mystic and of course the consummate Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor, couldn't Temur Eldrazi morph potentially be a thing? Probably not tier 1, but certainly something that would function.

I had not think about the synergy with morph before, Awesome!
Meant to post this sooner, but I not only like Skyrider Elf for constructed and limited, I also really love the flavor behind it - it shows the bonds of alliance between the Zendikari as they fight the Eldrazi.
UG
You may pay any additional amount of mana to cast this spell.
Converge
blah blah
Do you think that's better?
Drana's Emissary: A more aggressive Agent of Masks. Sorin, Solemn Visitor really likes.
Herald of Kozilek: Hellooo, Ghostfire! Definitely a four-of.
Catacomb Sifter: This together with Smothering Abomination is going to make for some crazy BG card draw. Scry 1, then draw a card off every creature you sacrifice. I think we found our new Reaper of the Wilds.
Resolute Blademaster: Game-ending in a dedicated Ally aggro deck. I'll happily give my Gideon, Ally of Zendikar double strike, thank you very much.

The vampire cleric is really good, I can try some of those on one cleric deck I have.
Fan of Both old and new Slivers (But the new ones are still better anyway)
C Call of Emrakul - G vs R DD: Elves vs. Goblins - W vs B DD: Divine vs. Demonic - WUB Esper Artifice - RGW Aura Dancers
WUBRG Wrath of the Reaper King - WB Men of Faith - B Mercenaries - UB Phyrexian Assault 2.0 - WU Artifacts of Empires
BR Skeleton Warriors - RG Night of The Howlpack - B Bog Murderers - BR Eldrazi Assault - BGU Ulamog's Swarm
for 2 manas -{2} you would be able to play a 2/2 hangarback ...
Unlike all of those creatures, this one can't be taken out with Lightning Bolt.
