You keep saying "Card advantage" and using it in a way I have never heard anyone use that phrase. So, can you tell me what your definition of "card advantage" is?

so now you want to know my definition of card advantage? here is one way i look at it.
I don't think it's great, but it's not bad, either. Sure, this doesn't net you cards, but it does make sure that the cards you do draw are more valuable than random draws from your deck.
This is called virtual card advantage, and when repeated is a very powerful effect
(I mean heck, in the strict sense of the word Birthing Pod isn't card advantage either, but it was still good enough to get banned....)
basically, i have a broad view of card advantage. it is when a card has an effect or ability that helps me get what i want from my deck.
It's not card advantage, it's filtering. However, it's filtering in a color combo that has jack **** for it. This guy looks like a really solid pickup for a midrange slugfest, and that's what Allies want to have. When you're playing against other midrange decks, you will draw better than your opponent during those key turns 6-10 if you have Munda. I say he's a 2 or 3-of in the Standard ally deck when such a deck emerges.

These days, some wizards are finding they have a little too much deck left at the end of their $$$.

Yeah. I mean, if you kept saying "I need to buy hot sauce to put on my nipples" and "I'm going to go get a 6 pack of nipples from the nipple truck" and "These aren't authentic Mexican nipples" I'm going to stop and make sure we aren't talking about tacos. In this case you aren't gaining any card advantage - virtual or otherwise - unless the deck is packed full of high-impact allies. Right now there just isn't enough playable Allies in Red and White for this guy to do anything but "Fateseal yourself to the bottom" and occasionally set up your next draw. I get that that might sound appealing because in a RW Allies EDH deck the tribal thing should be strong... but it's not because as of a month ago there are only 13 legal allies for the deck. Let's assume we double that to 26. That's enough, but then if you look at the multi-player implications of each of those 13 cards from Zendikar you realize that there just aren't many worth playing - even in a tribal build.

Okay. And that's why I asked... because that's not card advantage. But I'm cool. I now know what you are talking about and still see this guy being a huge let down for anyone who tries to make a Bosos Allies deck in EDH.
This is bad and more importantly, not fun. I'd much rathe rhave
"Whenever Ally enters battlefield, Scry 1. Then you may reveal to card of your library, put it into your hand if it's an ally."
Yes because that wouldn't be a buh-roken card advantage engine.
a worse domri rade is considered broken now?
The thing is the card would trigger off the allies you picked up from it imagine if Domri read like this. Reveal the top card of your library if its a creature card put it into your hand if you cast that creature at anytime repeat this affect as long as Domri is on the battlefield.
If this thing drew the allies you found it would be a draw engine on its own that combos every time you fix your draw and get an ally Wizards does not make cards that usually combo with themselves.

Reanimate sucks cause it needs cards like Entomb to work.
