Replacement or displace of Ugin in the Adrian Sullivan style creatureless UB control decks? It's easy enough to ramp up with Mage-Ring Network, the exiling is a targeted version of Ugin's -x, and 2-3 turn clock is sure faster than the clock on Ugin's +2...

This looks great, especially if there is any playable reanimator deck next Standard. The lower cost and exiling 2 permanents instead of destroying one probably makes it an improvement over Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre in RG Tron.
I never post but I love this design so much... I wish Whip was legal in Standard with this set... Whipping out a 10 drop 10/10 on turn 5 that exiles half my opponent's library is good game.
I don't get it, is it just that people can't read?
Because reanimating him gives you a 10/10 indestructible that's a guaranteed 3-turn-clock even against constant chumpblockers?

My Commander decks:
Chandra, Torch of Defiance - Oops! All Chandras.
Prime Speaker Zegana - Draw for Power.
Pir & Toothy - Counterpalooza.
Arcades, the Strategist - Another Brick in the Wall.
Zacama, Primal Calamity - Calamity of Double Mana.
Edgar Markov - Vampires Don't Die.
Child of Alara - Dreamcrusher.
I never got a chance to play with Eldrazi titan's (I had stopped playing by then) but upon my return to the game I built tron because I really like colorless creatures and planeswalkers. Very rarely does my inner timmy spark ignite with such fervor. YES! I love this card. I'll take 4 please.

One of the hedrons was actually an Ulamogite. This is its Mega Evolution.
On topic:
I wasn't sure how they were going to make it feel as awe/dread-inspiring as the original without annihilator. Well, they did it. An auto-3-for-1 on cast, same stats as old Ulamog for 1 less, still indestructible, nukes a gargantuan chunk of their deck on attack regardless of blockers, and can be reanimated as needed. It got the same sort of "lolwut" chuckle out of me that I had the first time Kozilek was revealed. Any apprehension I had about the Eldrazi in this set after Oblivion Sower is gone.
This is gonns be hilarious in Legacy Reanimator and Omnitell, though.
I know of some spells in standard so far, but the question was more of a joke. We can always also see the unwritten him. he will be fun to put in play.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
Ability to reanimate is cool, but realistically I don't think he's all that exciting without the cast trigger. The attack trigger is useless unless you get to attack 2-3 times (3-4 times in EDH), so goryos/sneak attack don't do much, and he has no evasion. The cast trigger is very strong, though. I think he has a lot more potential in ramp than reanimator. In EDH, I'm sure he'll see play, but he doesn't scare me TOO much. non-evasive dude with a not-that-scary attack trigger doesn't seem that hard to deal with.
Not trying to be argumentative but since i would be the defending player wouldnt the hexproof still apply?
Hexproof stops targeting, ulamog doesn't target. I Don't really see why you would think they have anything to do with eachother.

no. Hexproof says you cannot be targeted. This guy does not target, his ability says defending player. As his ability isn't targeting you, you still exile 20.
Eldrazi titans are still badass.
However, I'm not sure if he is worth 3 mana more than atarka, except for the fact that he can be reanimated without being in lots of colors.
Oona, Queen of the Fae *loves* this new take on the Eldrazi.
Who needs lame crap like Raven Guild Master and Scalpelexis when you can have... this?!

Seriously, love the design and it totally captures the 'single big bad' feeling. Now to open some at prerelease so I can cash in on the early bubble!

Also completely unbeatable in limited, not sure I like it for that
Unbeatable mythics are the worst, even when you win with them you feel cheap
