Yeah, it is looking bad for enemy tangolands. Making that cycle allied-only feels like a slap in the face and break with a history, but none of that would stop them from doing it. Maybe in the next block? But that also seems weird.
If we assume 3 enemy manlands here and 2 in Oath, and thus 2 allied manlands here and 3 in Oath, and an even distribution of colors in each...
234 Canopy Vista R
235 Cinder Glade R
236 Evolving Wilds C

239 Lumbering Falls R
240
241 Prairie Stream R
242
243
244
245
246
247 Smoldering Marsh R
248
249 Sunken Hollow R
Celestial Colonnade is out, as it can't fit between Canopy Vista and Cinder Glade.
Ditto Creeping Tar Pit, which can't fit between Glade and Evolving Wilds. Raging Ravine can fit in any of the slots between Prarie Stream and Smoldering Marsh Stirring Wildwood fits between Smoldering Marsh and Sunken Hollow Lavaclaw Reaches could fit before Lumbering Falls
With no UW or UB land available, the enemy lands would have to include both the RU and UG ones. I believe the only possible combination with these restrictions is:
RU/Lumbering Falls/Stirring Wildwood/WB/Lavaclaw Reaches

Yes, enemy manlands are split between BFZ and OGW. There's no reason to suspect we'll get allied manlands.
The reason supposed is that, if there are the five enemy Tangolands in OGW, it will be weird to have 2 other enemy manlands. And not having the Tangolands means only the allied ones get Expedition versions, which also seems weird.

I don't think we're getting the enemy baselands. It's not that weird that they wouldn't be in expeditions. They wouldn't yet exist to be printed in that promotion, and we already know that it's a set of 45. So one land cycle (assuming we get cycles rather than any utility lands) will have to be of only 5.
I would like for you to be right, but it just seems unlikely to me that we'd see two rare lands that produce the same colors of mana in the same set (especially true in a small set).

I don't know man, it seems weird to put all of the allied tangolands in the first set and split the enemy manlands between 2 sets. If they only planned to print those 10 lands in the block it would make more sense to print the tangolands in bfz and the manlands in the 2nd set, or a mix of each cycle in both sets. The way they are printing these lands suggests that there is at least some other 5 land rare cycle in the 2nd set.

If MTG is a part of your life, the formats are like relationships:
Standard/Block = The on-again, off-again holiday fling
Modern/Vintage/Legacy = Stable, homely. A ***** after absence/misreading
Limited/Sealed = Heart breaking free spirit
Commander/Cube = Agreeable, needy and expensive
Pauper/Peasant = Sweet, kind, practical, but shy and boring

I'd guess it's just because of the set sizes. There are 274 cards for BFZ and 184 for OGW.
It's possible that they finish the baselands in Oath, but it would make the mana bases very unbalanced. Wildfire's suggestion that allied manlands are also split between the two sets would balance the mana, but then we're talking about ~30% of the rares in Oath being land. That certainly doesn't bother me, but I don't think Wizards would want to do that.

Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, Akoum Hellkite deals 1 damage to target creature or player. If that land is a mountain, instead Akoum Hellkite deals 2 damage to that creature or player.

You don't think we'll see enemy colored tangolands or whatever people call them in OGW?
Its more likely to me that they will appear in the Spring Large set at this point. We are bound to see some weird distribution of lands and such with this new standard rotation, and it also makes sense to spread them out as to not overload limited with rare lands. Wizards being Wizards though, they could still make them in the OGW Expeditions as teaser. Its even possible they will be in the Commander sets this fall before their standard debut.
It feels like we are looking about 10 Eldrazi per colour (at least in grixis would like to see a "mono green" Eldrazi to get some idea of how many there might be in that colour.
in multi we have at least 10 maximum of multicolour max 11, I think we can assume that the three non-white black pairings are Eldrazi which leaves 4 we know the UG rare and the RG uncommon are not Eldrazi so that would make the R/G Rare and the U/G uncommon Eldrazi as well as the U/R uncommon and rare. I think that makes sense
Not sure if this really matters, but card number 198 should be a green card, not multicolor. My reasoning is that Barrage Tyrant is 127, and Zada is 162, so there are at least 36 red cards. Assuming every color gets the same amount of cards, then green should have at least 36 cards, but green only has 35 cards if it starts at 163 and ends at 197. Since Brood Butcher starts at 199, green can't have any more than 36 cards, so every color should have exactly 36 cards.
Edit: If this is true, then number 55 is a blue card, and 19 and 20 are white, leaving us with 18 colorless cards.
With it becoming a focal point in the storyline, I wonder if maybe we will get Sea Gate as a land. Could it go between Prarie Stream and Smouldering Marsh?

Was not expecting a second green mythic given that Kiora and Omnanth had green in their casting cost.
We have 3 eldrazi, 2 multi U/G and R/G, 1W, 1B, and 2G 6 left there has to be a mono blue and a mono red mythic leaves us with 4. No mythic lands or artifacts yet either, but I'm not expecting those.
Maybe another white black blue and red, each colour gets two mono colour?
