Huh, coolish card. My cube does support twin, so we'll try to fit this. Doesn't really suggest what the UG theme is, but if this indicates that UG is Rav I will be pretty happy.
Edit: This isn't any more survivable than Mite/Exarch, and it can't tap their lands EOT. Expect 0 modern play.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.

Crap, no land tapping is lame. I read it too quickly the first time as well
However, as to the GU Limited Archetype, I'd say "tempo" is a fairly safe bet with a card like this.

At least there isn't another backup for twin itself... oh wait!
Really though, the tempo UR version that sometimes even sides out twin itself is more consistent in wins. The threat of twin (forcing opponents to keep removal ready) is more effective at securing wins than the redundancy of the old kiki-twin decks...
Unfortunately, this guy really helps the tempo gameplan with higher base power, and encourages the already experimented with splashes for goyf, along with things like Destructive Revelry in the sideboard.
This could be the thing that tips Twin into a meta dominating stance.

I don't know about all that.
If it were a 3/4 that could tap lands, I would agree with you.
But this can't tap lands, and it still dies to bolt.
Twin decks might flirt with one or two (I will certainly test it in mine),
but it's not likely to be a huge boost to the deck.

Bolt is a shrinking part of the meta though, largely due to lingering souls and huge critters like Tasigur. It's mostly propped up by burn's growth in the meta and it's ability to still hit to the face. And pestermite still dies to bolt, plus Exarch now dies to Rending Volley after sideboard. Not having the ability to tap lands and dying to bolt is big I'll admit, but 3 power and tapping down an opposing creature in a tempo deck can still be pretty influential, especially when you are leaning towards more of a tempo build.
Holy mackarel monitor! So GU is the Ravnica pair. Huh.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.

Wow, that seems to be a very tricky card. Imagine you flash him in during combat, untap another craeture of yours, both ready surprise-block. If not, just tap something big for a turn. Very nice card i hope its Ravnica

It is. Krasis are the mutants created by the Simic Combine (in short).
Still, even if this thing won't replace anything in modern twin, it's certainly a powerful 3 drop in limited. And honestly, with the right support, a 3/3 for 3 with flash could feasibly see standard play as well. Time will tell.
My own rules when building a Commander deck:
1) Underrated general that I can build around but the deck must work without him/her too.
2) Every card must be legal in both banlists.
3) No infinite combo that could win (and ruin) instantly a multiplayer game.
4) Synergy at all costs; stay on theme, avoid goodstuff.

This is most likely ment to be a simic card from Ravnica that would make it a hybrid of 2 other creatures therefore it's a fish lizard.

I don't think this would see play over Exarch/Pestermite due to the decreased utility but who knows.
You mean to say that Tarmogoyf isn't already expensive?
Or if it had Hexproof...

Could have been a fun troll if it had shroud. Maybe they want a twin combo for standard, by reprinting kiki-jikki or something like that?

Well shroud would be perfect, since it wouldn't work with Twin. But WotC abandoned shroud for hexproof when it comes to new cards, sadly.
